Luxury Framer Designer Needed – Ultra High-End Property & Luxury Assets Website Budget: Up to £300 I am looking for an exceptional Framer designer to customise an existing premium Framer template into a genuinely world-class luxury website. This is not a standard property/real estate website. The audience is ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, luxury investors and the world's top 1%. The final result should feel closer to an exclusive private wealth brand or luxury concierge than a conventional property website. I already have the Framer template, the site structure, and all content. This project is primarily about design refinement, visual direction, layout, typography, motion and creating the right luxury feel. Webflow Designer/ Talented Student for a Small Website Completion Project — $500–$1,000 Fixed Budget Job Ad We are looking for a freelance Webflow Designer talented student to help finish a website that has already been started. This is a straightforward website project. It is not overly complicated, and we are open to working with a talented student designer, newer freelancer, or experienced Webflow designer who is organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines. The website URL will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the interview process. Project Scope Approximately 10 pages need to be completed or cleaned up. Some pages may need light design improvements, while a few pages may need to be designed more fully using the existing website direction. The main need is for the designer to create a clean, reusable Webflow template page that our admin can use to upload content going forward. The designer will not be responsible for uploading all future content. Our admin will handle content upload, but the designer must create a clear training video showing the admin exactly how to do it. Pages may include: • Service page improvements • Blog page setup or cleanup • Template page creation • Light edits to existing pages • Additional items listed in our project tracker There is a job tracker showing what is remaining for this position. Pattern maker and seamstress for athleisure wear

I am looking for a pattern maker who can create a sweatshirt pattern (I've got some rough ideas of having a slightly more curved and oversized sleeve), as well as a seamstress who can sew together the pattern pieces once they have been printed and dyed. (If you are both a pattern cutter and seamstress that would be amazing.) I need the final sweatshirts (5 in total) to be of high quality as I will be showing them at my postgrad degree show, my website and possibly to an independent boutique.
