Luxury Framer Designer Needed – Ultra High-End Property & Luxury Assets Website

Budget: Up to £300

I am looking for an exceptional Framer designer to customise an existing premium Framer template into a genuinely world-class luxury website.

This is not a standard property/real estate website.

The audience is ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, luxury investors and the world's top 1%. The final result should feel closer to an exclusive private wealth brand or luxury concierge than a conventional property website.

I already have the Framer template, the site structure, and all content. This project is primarily about design refinement, visual direction, layout, typography, motion and creating the right luxury feel.

Scope of Work

The website will consist of approximately 10 pages:

Specialist / Audience page
Process page (timeline)
Contact / Enquiry page
Hidden / Private page

The template already provides much of the structure. Your role is to transform it so it aligns with a detailed creative brief through colour, typography, imagery, spacing, layouts, animations and overall presentation.

Minimal enquiry forms
Media

Assets required:
High-end imagery
Looping background videos

Requirements:
Optimised asset loading
Lazy loading where appropriate

The Type of Designer I'm Looking For:
This project is heavily design-led.
I am not looking for someone who can simply customise a template.
I am looking for someone with an exceptional eye for luxury aesthetics and premium digital experiences.

The website should feel:

It should avoid anything that feels corporate, template-like, busy or overly animated or overly simple/generic.

Every decision—from typography and spacing to imagery, transitions and hierarchy—should communicate quiet confidence and premium quality.

Think less estate agency.

Think more private wealth, luxury hospitality, high-end architecture, boutique investment firms, private aviation or brands that serve UHNW clients.
