I need a mail merge style document created as a template to help print individual business card sized documents. I have unique 6 digit codes that I generate and store excel, then we have them printed on the blank of existing professionally printed business cards (the cards measure 90mm x 50mm and I use a Canon PIXMA TR7060A printer to print on these cards (one at a time - I usually load 40-50 cards in the printer at a time). These cards have been printed profesionally on the front and the rear side has our "Armidale Taxis" logo along with some coloured stripes/branding at the bottom. I've attached a PDF as an exampleThe text at the top of the card is always the same, no matter what data is in the excel sheet "This voucher is one time use only, please give it to your driver. This voucher is valued at $XX". XX = value is determined by column "D" in excel (it can vary across customers, please see sheet "Armidale bowling club as an example). The 6 digit code printed is determinded by row "A". The logo of the company the voucher is valid for is at the bottom left. I think it may be too complex to use a logo in a mail merge, so perhaps we can just use the txt from column "C" ("Armidale Bowling Club" in this example"). Column "B" of the excel doc is not required, I use that when uploading into our software to determine the account number the voucher code is realted to. Can you design a mail merge we can continue to use in future so we can dump up to a maximum of 500 codes and associated data as per the attachment and have this auto generate into a mail merge so we can print up to 500 individual cards through our printer (Sometimes we may only do a run of 50, it will vary)..
