24 days ago8 proposalsRemotePart-Time Remote Sales Assistant – Follow Up Inbound leads
We run Anytime Storage, a self-storage business in Telford, and are looking for a reliable freelance sales/customer service person to handle our new customer enquiries. This is not cold calling. Customers have already visited our website, looked at our storage options and submitted their name and telephone number because they are interested in storage. The most important part of the role is responding to new enquiries quickly. Typical tasks will include: • Calling new leads as soon as reasonably possible • Following up by WhatsApp, text and email • Explaining our storage options and prices • Answering straightforward customer questions • Encouraging customers to visit the site or arrange a virtual/self-guided viewing • Providing temporary access details where appropriate • Following up leads who have not yet booked • Keeping simple notes on each enquiry and its outcome The workload is approximately 30–60 minutes per day and around 15–20 hours per month, but the successful person needs to be able to check for new enquiries at different points during the working day rather than doing all of the work in one block. We are looking for someone who: • Is confident and friendly on the telephone • Has very good spoken and written English • Has sales, telesales or customer service experience • Is organised and follows up consistently • Is comfortable using WhatsApp, email and online systems • Understands that speed of response is important with inbound sales leads • Can work independently without needing constant management UK-based would be preferred, although we would consider someone elsewhere with excellent spoken English and experience dealing with UK customers. Please tell us about your telephone sales/customer service experience, your normal availability during UK working hours and your hourly rate.
10 days ago24 proposalsRemotePhotoshop / AI Specialist Needed to Create Luxury 3D Floor Plans

Your work will feature across our YouTube channels, including The Luxury Home Show, The New Build Show and The Interior Design Show, where we produce premium property tours viewed by millions of people worldwide. For each project, we'll provide: Existing floor plans. Video walkthroughs of the property. Interior reference images where required. Has experience with AI image generation or image editing tools (such as ChatGPT, Artlist AI, Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana or similar). Has a strong eye for interior design, lighting, textures and realistic visualisation. Can accurately recreate interiors from reference material. Has excellent attention to detail. If you have a faster or more efficient workflow that achieves the same (or better) results, you're welcome to use your preferred software and process. The final quality is far more important than how it's created. When applying, please include: Examples of similar work (particularly Photoshop compositing, AI image editing, realistic interiors, 3D visualisation or floor plan creation). The software and AI tools you use. Your estimated turnaround time. Your rate per floor or per property. a month ago18 proposalsRemoteShort-Form Video Editor - TikTok, LinkedIn & Instagram
We are looking for a talented, reliable short-form video editor to work with us on an ongoing basis, creating social content for the founder of an established international luxury real estate business. This is not traditional corporate video editing. We are developing a personality-led social presence focused on TikTok and LinkedIn, built around expert opinion, property, business insight, storytelling and nearly five decades of experience in the luxury real estate industry. What we need: We will provide professionally filmed or high-quality raw footage, typically including: Interview-style conversations Off-camera questions and answers Direct-to-camera commentary Property walkthroughs Reactions to property and market news Longer conversations from which multiple short-form videos can be extracted We need an editor who can turn this footage into engaging, polished short-form content, generally between 30 and 90 seconds. You should be confident identifying the strongest hook within raw footage rather than simply editing clips in chronological order. The editing style: We are looking for content that feels: Premium but social-first Fast enough to retain attention without feeling frantic Confident and editorial Natural and personality-led Clean rather than over-produced Think strong opening hooks, intelligent cuts, excellent subtitles, subtle punch-ins, relevant B-roll and graphics where they genuinely add value. We do not want excessive transitions, emojis, gimmicky effects, meme editing or content that feels like someone is trying too hard to “do TikTok”. The personality and expertise of the speaker should remain the focus. Volume: This will be an ongoing requirement and potentially a significant volume of content. We envisage initially producing approximately 12–20 finished short-form videos per month, with the potential to increase this. Speed and consistency are therefore important. We would ideally like to work with someone who can turn around batches of content efficiently rather than treating every 45-second video as a standalone production project. What we are looking for - You should have demonstrable experience editing: TikTok Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts Founder-led or personality-led content Interview/podcast content Business, property, luxury or expert-led content Experience editing premium brands is useful, but understanding what makes people continue watching a short-form video is more important. You must have excellent written English, as accurate and well-presented subtitles are essential. Our aim is to create a straightforward ongoing workflow: Raw footage → selects/hooks → edit → review → revisions → final exports We are open to discussing the best workflow with the right editor, particularly if you have experience handling high-volume social content. Paid trial: We intend to shortlist a small number of editors and commission a paid trial edit using the same piece of raw footage. This will allow us to assess editing judgement, pacing, caption treatment and how well you understand the brief. To apply - Please send: Three examples of short-form videos you have personally edited that are closest to this brief. Please do not send a general showreel. A short explanation of why you chose those three examples. Your typical turnaround time for a batch of five short-form videos. How many short-form videos you could realistically edit for us each month. Your price for: One video A batch of five videos 12 videos per month 20 videos per month What is included in that price, including number of revisions. Which editing software you use. Whether you are comfortable working from a brand style guide and creating a consistent subtitle/graphics template. Please start your response with the words “GH EDITOR” so we know you have read the full brief. We are looking for someone we can build a long-term relationship with rather than commissioning one-off edits.

UK-based applicants are preferred, although I’ll consider applicants elsewhere with excellent written English and a strong understanding of a UK audience.
