I have very simple UK company accounts - about 20 ish expenses receipts, all tallied up in an Excel spreadsheet. No invoices. Everything is tallied up already in Excel and I will send you the Excel files. What I need are: - Set of Company accounts for the tax year - CT600 for HMRC - Micro-entity Accounts for Companies House. I will submit the Micro-entity Accounts to Companies House myself. I want you to submit the CT600 when I have checked and approved the accounts. I will clearly tell you when I am happy for the CT600 to be submitted. Please note these accounts are simple and data will all be provided to you in clear, organised digital format and it will not take much time to do the work.
