Creation of Candidate Recruitment Pack - copywriting & design
We are looking to update our last candidate pack to be used for a new recruitment campaign. This pack will be sent out to prospective candidates with the view of "selling" the charity to them. We want this document to give prospective candidates a feel for our organisation by outlining our vision, mission, values and culture. As this is a specialized role, we are recruiting based on experience banding, ideally we want to recruit a Level 4 (very experienced) person for this role, however this pool is limited therefore we are open to anyone with the right values from a trainee to a level 4. We have put together a JD for the Trainee role and the Level 4 role to show both ends of the banding. We will want to include the banding and we need help in making this clear to candidates and encourage application from a wide pool of experience. A style similar to the attached Candidate Briefing Pack from 2022 would be great. We will need to include the banding, Level 4 JD and Trainee JD in the document, these are currently word documents, I have attached the trainee JD as an example of what we need included. If this can be done in a way to allow us to edit these ourselves (easily) going forward this would be highly advantageous. We aim to go out to recruit on Friday the 28th so would need this finalized by end of day Tuesday 25th.
