Email marketer

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and take charge of our email marketing efforts. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting our database to generate new sales leads and maintain regular contact with existing leads and customers.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to generate new sales leads and nurture existing leads and customers.
- Create compelling and engaging email content and designs to drive engagement and conversion.
- Segment our email database to target specific customer segments with personalized and relevant content.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns, and optimize for best results.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align email marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and industry trends to continuously improve our email marketing strategy.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in email marketing and lead generation, preferably in a B2B or B2C setting.
- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms, such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in email marketing analytics and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and database management is a plus.
