Looking to promote my YouTube channel

I have a very basic Youtube channel with lots of Bollywood/Hindi singing videos and short videos. Here is the channel: https://www.youtube.com/@loveUmotherEarth

The main goal is to increase subscribers, views and promote the entire channel. Create the brand, add SEO keywords, etc.

I would like someone to update it, help me remove copywrite claims. Update thumbnails, headlines, description, tags, etc. Also provide me the guidelines so it does not get me copywrite claims in the future.

In your proposal, it would be ideal to see all actions you would take to promote the channel. It would be great to see your work and channels which you have promoted successfully.

This is fixed price project for £30. Please do not send proposal for any more money because my YT channel is not making anything at the moment. If you think my videos and your work and valuable experience would help me reach 1k subscribers and 10k views within few weeks than happy to discuss the bonus amount.
