Skilled and experienced Mailchimp Email Marketing Specialist

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Mailchimp Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis. Our company, Luxal.co.uk, is a leading brand in the construction industry, and we have a mailing list segmented into three distinct groups: Window Installers, Builders, and Architects.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize our email marketing campaigns targeted at these three segments. This will involve:

Cleaning and maintaining our mailing lists to ensure optimal deliverability and engagement.
Crafting and sending out weekly emails that are tailored to each segment's interests and needs.
Working closely with our social media team to align email marketing campaigns with our broader digital marketing strategy.
Monitoring and reporting on the performance of our email marketing campaigns, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience with Mailchimp, including list management, campaign creation, and performance analysis.
Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to write engaging and persuasive emails that resonate with our target audiences.
A strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
Experience in the construction industry would be a plus, but is not required.
