DO NOT WORK WITH TOM!

Tom has been grossly unprofessional throughout this entire process.

In addition to quoting a job to be completed within 14 days (we are now over 6 weeks in and not close to being finished), he has continued to make up arbitrary deadlines, none of which have been accurate or seen jobs being completed as promised.

Many mistakes have been made regarding design, payment processing, written copy and simply not turning up to arranged call times.

After entering into our third week of being late, I attempted to come from a place of compassion, reached out a number of times to see if everything was "OK" and to just tell me if something was happening personally. All of these messages were completely ignored.

Without a doubt the most disappointing experience I've had with PPH. I've had to lose the money I paid and bring in somebody else.
