Met Ads for Airbnb Business targeting Landlords
I’m looking to get some Meta ads set up for my company, Nova Suites, focused on generating property leads (UK-based, mainly Manchester and surrounding areas). I want to test multiple angles, so the brief is to build 2 core campaigns for now, each with multiple variations (audiences, creatives, copy) so we can quickly identify what performs best. Campaign 1: R2SA – Guaranteed Rent Target landlords who want: • Fixed, hassle-free income • No voids • No management headaches • Looked after property professionally Campaign 2: Airbnb / Serviced Accommodation Partnership Target landlords who want higher returns on their property, avoid low rent, bad tenants, low rent, hassles associated with the new Renters Right Bill: • We manage the property fully • They keep ownership • Profit-share model Messaging angle: “Earn more from your property without doing the work” What I need: • Full campaign setup (2 campaigns with multiple ad sets & creatives) • Audience targeting suggestions for each angle • Ad copy variations (short + long) • Creative direction (images/videos ideas) • Pixel + tracking setup • Lead form setup (or landing page recommendation if better) Goal is to generate qualified leads, not just volume, so targeting and messaging needs to be sharp. Please can you let me know: • Your approach • What you’d need from me • Timeline to get this live - What you will do in terms of content • Cost for setting up and optimising all the campaigns and managing it for 1 month, so that at the end of the month we can optimise and keep the best performing ads Thank you

WordPress PHP Upgrade & Compatibility Testing
We are looking for an experienced WordPress/PHP developer to upgrade our existing WordPress website, which is running on the outdated PHP 8.0. The target is to move to a current PHP version (ideally PHP 8.5, subject to testing). Job tasks: • Create a full copy of the website on an independent staging server. • Audit and assess any compatibility issues with current theme, add-ons, plugins or custom code. • Update as required. • Upgrade PHP on the staging environment and resolve any resulting errors. • Thoroughly test the site's front end, admin area, forms and key functionality. • Final review of the site on the staging server. • Deploy website back onto live server. NOTES: Staging Server: The developer must provide their own staging/test server, with access provided to us so that we can review and approve the updated site before live deployment. The live site must remain fully active until the upgraded version is ready to be deployed. Elementor + Astra: The website is built using Elementor Pro with the Astra Pro theme. There is also strong CSS customisation. Plugins: Although most pages are straightforward brochure-style, the site contains a number of additional functional plugins which will require testing following the PHP and plugin updates. We have approximately 25 active plugins to be updated. However, we do NOT use Woo-commerce or any other shop plugin. SUMMARY: Applicants should have experience with WordPress, PHP upgrades, plugin compatibility, staging environments and live deployments.

Good day, We have a JPG file, it's a Floor plan, which is attached. We want this to be converted into .DWG fully editable CAD drawing with layers. This is an urgent job, quick turnaround time and quick payment, top 5 stars ratings. Budget: US $20 Deliverable: - Top right corner one floor fully editable cad drawing with layers NOTE: In the DWG file, it is correct for the layers to be in different colors, not all black and white. Each type of element should be in a separate layer and color: walls, doors, furniture, dimensions, text, plumbing, electricity, etc. All objects should have settings Color: ByLayer, Linetype: ByLayer and Lineweight: ByLayer. When printed, the drawing usually comes out black/gray via monochrome.ctb, but with different line thicknesses. Colors in CAD are for easy work and recognition; they do not necessarily mean color printing. Therefore: color layers on the screen, black and white professional drawing when printed. Only black and white layers make the DWG file difficult to edit and check.

I need someone to design me a simple stylish squarespace website
Squarespace website duplication and rebrand — fixed budget £500 I am looking for an experienced Squarespace designer to create a website for a new communications and consultancy business. The new website should be based closely on the structure and functionality of my existing Squarespace website, vanpraaghandco.com. I own the existing website and will duplicate it into a new Squarespace trial site before work begins. Scope Work from a duplicate of the existing Squarespace website Approximately six pages: Home, About, What We Do, How We Work, Testimonials and Contact Replace the existing branding, colours, fonts, logo, photography and copy Refine the design so it feels related to the existing site but is not an identical visual copy Ensure every page works properly on desktop, tablet and mobile Set up the contact form Add page titles, meta descriptions, social-sharing image and favicon Connect the new domain Check all links and forms before launch Provide a short recorded handover explaining how we can update the site ourselves All final copy, logos and images will be supplied. Please include: Two or three Squarespace websites you have designed Confirmation that you have experience with Squarespace 7.1 Your total fixed price, including revisions Your proposed turnaround time Exactly what is and is not included Budget: maximum £500 Please do not apply with an hourly rate or propose moving the project to WordPress, Wix or another platform.

Build a verified list of 300 UK B2B companies
I need a meticulous researcher to build a verified list of 300 UK B2B companies for a supplier-sourcing project. This is precision research against a written specification — quality matters far more than speed. A complete step-by-step guide exists for this project: the sectors to cover with exact targets for each, recommended sources and a checklist. The thinking is done — the job is careful execution. The guide is shared only with the freelancer I select. In brief: every company must pass a short set of verification checks every entry needs a defined set of data fields plus proof links, and certain types of company are automatically rejected under our screening rules. Full details are in the guide. Quality control: entries are audited at random against their proof links. Entries that fail will be questioned further. Scraped or AI-generated lists will not pass audit. PRICING: $300 fixed for the full 300 companies, released in stages — a small paid trial batch first, then the remainder as each stage passes audit. TO APPLY: start your proposal with the word LEDGER and briefly describe a similar list-building project you've completed.

Premium Publication Supplier — Media Placements
We are appointing dependable suppliers for ongoing publication placements across established business, finance, technology and national news outlets. The focus is operational delivery: we need accurate outlet-by-outlet information that can be checked before any test order. For every publication you can supply, provide a separate line containing: • Publication name, exact domain, country or edition, and relevant section • Your all-in price and currency for one article • How the article is published: earned outreach, named contributor, sponsored or partner content, brand studio, press-release syndication, or another clearly explained route • Any disclosure label and the exact link attribute • Realistic time from approved content and payment to publication • Whether you write the article or require supplied copy, including word count and revisions • Up to three recent live examples delivered through the same route • Refund, replacement, rejection and removal terms, including any minimum live period We are especially interested in proven access to publications such as Forbes, Entrepreneur US, Fast Company, Inc., TechCrunch, WIRED, VentureBeat, BBC, The New York Times, Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal, as well as comparable international outlets. Regional editions, contributor posts, sponsored articles, partner content and press-release distribution must be labelled accurately and will not be treated as main-domain earned editorial coverage. Do not submit unnamed high-authority packages, PBNs, generic backlinks, or package totals without individual publication prices. We independently check outlet identity, samples, publishing route, disclosure and link treatment. Initial test placements may lead to recurring work for suppliers whose evidence, pricing and delivery remain consistent.

We run Northbridge Candle Co., a handmade candle and home fragrance brand on Shopify. The store has been live for about a year, we have ~30 SKUs, and organic traffic has been flat for months. We're looking for someone to handle on-page SEO for our homepage and 6 core product pages as a first small project. What we need delivered: Keyword research — 1 primary and 2–3 secondary keywords per page, based on real search volume and buyer intent (not just guessing). Rewritten title tags, meta descriptions and H1s that actually reflect the keywords. Product descriptions rewritten or edited so keywords sit naturally in the copy — no stuffing, our brand voice needs to survive. Image alt text for all product images. A short internal linking plan showing which pages should link to which and why. A one-page summary of everything that was changed and the reasoning. Delivery in a shared Google Doc so we can review before publishing. We'll implement on our side, unless you'd prefer to push the changes directly through Shopify (either works). We already have Google Search Console and GA4 set up and can share access. We're based in the US market, English only. Why this is worth your time even though the scope is small: We're deliberately starting with a small paid test project. We have a real ongoing SEO roadmap planned for Q1 — blog content (2–4 posts per month), off-page/link building, and SEO for two new product lines launching in January. If this first round is solid, we'd move straight into a monthly retainer with the same person. In your bid please include: - 1–2 examples of similar e-commerce or Shopify SEO work you've done (screenshots or links are fine) - Your suggested approach for our 7 pages - Realistic delivery timeline Timeline for this first project: ideally 7–10 days from kickoff. Thanks for reading — looking forward to your proposals.

a month ago25 proposalsRemoteProduct Designer - (UX/UI) mobile health app redesign
Description: GoodMove is a pilot stage live phone-based web app used by care-home carers just before they move a resident — photo, a few questions, an AI risk check, an audit record. It works well; but it looks like it was built by engineers. It needs a designer. The job: a visual identity direction, a design-token set, a component library, and ~18 redesigned screens (including their loading/warning/error states) — delivered in Figma to a spec we'll provide. The bar: impressive in a sales demo, and clear enough that a brand-new agency carer can use it unsupervised with zero explanation. You get on day one: a complete audit of the current app in Figma — all 48 screen-states captured from production, every screen's text, a component and style inventory, and a written brief covering constraints and handoff requirements. How we work: implementation is by an AI coding agent that reads your Figma file directly — so variables, Auto Layout, and real copy in frames are required, and precise files matter more than meetings. First milestone is a paid pilot slice: tokens + one screen, built end-to-end, before the rest is designed. You're probably: a senior product designer (not web/brand only) with a shipped mobile app and a design system behind you. NHS, GOV.UK, or frontline-worker experience is a big plus. Solo-friendly — you'll work directly with the founder. To apply: link ONE shipped mobile product designed for people who don't sit at desks, and tell me in two or three sentences what you changed after watching real users. Applications without both will not be shortlisted. Full briefing pack goes to shortlisted applicants. AI auto replies will be auto-rejected. Remote, UK-preferred · Start: ASAP

11 days ago25 proposalsRemoteI need a series of videos edited to add tracked objects
Hi, I have a series of 10-second video clips of aerial bird's-eye drone video footage, 12 videos in total at 10 seconds each. I need each video to have multiple coloured animated squares added and tracked to the video movement, as shown in the example videos, as a demonstrative illustration of how drones could be used for identifying and tracking litter items. Each video needs between 50 and 500 boxes added, with a mix of 7 different colours - I can provide the number of boxes and number of each colour for each video in a spreadsheet. The videos are all smooth, same height and speed throughout, so a simple straight track should suffice. This is basically a repetitive copy-and-paste object tracking task, either in After Effects, CapCut or Premiere, or similar. I would like to hire someone to do the first video as a trial, and if successful, all the other videos. The first two videos are due by 5pm tomorrow (Tuesday), the rest are due over the following several months so can be completed anytime. Please could you submit a proposal for the FIRST VIDEO only but also include a quote for the cost of doing all 12 videos (if you have a package price). Please note our software will automatically reject all AI-written and irrelevant proposals or proposals that clearly haven't read the project description. If you have any questions, please let me know! Many thanks Ellie *Example videos: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1oRj6hyiAOf9yV6XpiBoeUdq1p4j5yZjm?usp=sharing *
24 days ago27 proposalsRemoteFreelance Sales Rep - AI Training Platform (10% Commission)
LearnPulse.online is an AI training and certification platform. Self-paced courses in AI and prompt engineering, AI-evaluated assessments, and verified certificates. It sells two ways: 1. Organisations license it to upskill their workforce - bulk seats under their own admin dashboard. This is where the large deals are. 2. Individuals buy course access and certification directly - professionals upskilling on their own, jobseekers wanting a credential. The project Find buyers and bring them to a close. On the organisation side that means corporates, training institutions, and government agencies - you identify prospects, make the first approach, and run the conversation through to signature. I support the demo and handle the contract once a decision-maker is engaged. On the individual side, it's volume: communities, professional groups, and channels where people are actively looking to reskill. Payment - 10% commission on everything you close. - Organisation licenses run $1,600–$7,000+ depending on seat count — roughly $160–$700 per deal, with a typical first deal landing near $280. - Individual sales are smaller but repeatable, and commission applies the same way. - Paid on receipt of the client's payment, per deal. - After 3 months of consistent activity, strong performers move to a basic monthly retainer plus retained commission. The intent is an ongoing engagement, not a one-off. - Product training, sales materials (one-pager and call scripts), and live demo access provided before your first approach. - Fully remote, your own hours. Judged on outcomes. Who I'm looking for 1. You've sold before - software, training, or services. B2B experience preferred, but if your strength is community-driven consumer sales, say so; there's room for both. 2. Comfortable with cold outreach and self-directed. You won't be chased for activity. 3. You can talk about AI at a business level. Not technical depth - an understanding of what an L&D manager actually worries about: adoption, measurable outcomes, cost against Coursera or Udemy Business. 4. Existing relationships in corporate L&D, HR, or public-sector training are a strong advantage. To apply, send a short message covering: 1. What you've sold before. 2. Who you'd approach first for this - a specific type of organisation or community, not a generic answer. 3. How you'd open that first conversation. Applications missing any of the three won't be reviewed.

We're Intelligent Evidence, a SaaS platform for school leaders (EdTech). We need a distinctive hero visual for our homepage — not a stock photo, not a generic "SaaS dashboard" illustration. The idea: show a real transformation — messy, physical paperwork becoming organised, structured digital evidence — with a subtle secondary nod to reduced stress/workload. We have real reference photos (an actual customer's evidence binders, and a screenshot of our actual product dashboard) for you to work from, so you're not starting from a blank page. What's included: Full written brief (attached) covering creative direction, tone (what to avoid), brand colours/type, and technical spec Real reference images (evidence binders + product dashboard) Existing logo and icon set What we need back: Source design file Exported static hero visual (SVG preferred) Optional: animated version (subtle motion — documents settling into place, checkmarks appearing) with a static fallback frame A short note on your creative rationale Good fit if you: do illustration-led work rather than template/stock-based design, are comfortable with (or interested in) light motion/animation, and can work from a real, detailed brief rather than needing everything specified for you. Please attach examples of past illustration or motion work with your application — style match matters more than a written pitch here.

Email Template Developer — Responsive HTML Newsletter Build
A UK-based ecommerce company is looking for a developer to build a set of reusable, responsive HTML email templates for our regular newsletter and campaign sends. We currently rebuild each email from scratch, which is slow and produces inconsistent results across inboxes. We want a small library of modular, well-coded templates we can reuse and populate ourselves, that render reliably everywhere from Apple Mail to Outlook. The work covers three master templates: a standard newsletter with stackable content blocks, a single-product promotional layout, and a plain transactional style for order and service messages. Each should be built from interchangeable modules — hero, text block, two-column, product row, button, footer — so our marketing team can assemble new emails by rearranging sections without writing code. Requirements for the build: bulletproof buttons, web-safe fallbacks for custom fonts, retina-ready images with correct fallbacks, dark mode handling, and full responsiveness down to narrow mobile widths. Everything must degrade gracefully in Outlook's rendering engine, which is the usual sticking point and where we will be looking most closely at your work. Inline CSS as required by email clients, with clear comments so our team can edit safely. Deliverables are the three master templates plus the module set, tested across the major desktop, mobile and webmail clients, with a short written record of which clients were tested and any known limitations. We will provide brand guidelines, fonts, imagery and example content. Copy and campaign setup are handled in-house; this is a build-only brief. To be considered, please share email templates you have personally coded, ideally with a link to a rendering test or live example, tell us how you approach Outlook rendering specifically, and confirm your availability. Applications without examples of email development will not be shortlisted.
20 days ago36 proposalsRemoteAdministrative Lead Research & Outreach Assistant
We’re a small East London brand studio working with newly-registered UK companies. We need someone to run the top of our outreach funnel: finding the right companies, finding the right person inside them, and preparing outreach that doesn’t read like a template. This is a structured, SOP-driven role — you’ll follow a written process (provided, and thorough) rather than invent one. We’re looking for someone who can work independently from clear instructions and make good judgement calls within them. What you’d do: • Pull newly-registered UK companies from Companies House (daily search, provided criteria) • Find the right contact — LinkedIn, company website, or verified email • Research one genuine, specific detail about each company (60 seconds each) and draft a short personalised opener • Keep a tracker accurate and up to date • Route anything price/scope-related straight to us — you’re never quoting or promising on our behalf What we’re looking for: • Comfortable with structured research — Companies House, LinkedIn, verification tools • Strong attention to detail; accurate entries matter more than fast ones • Clear written English — you’ll be drafting outreach copy, so writing quality matters • Able to follow a detailed SOP independently, without frequent check-ins • UK-based preferred (local knowledge helps with the research) Hours & rate: ~6 hours/week to start, room to grow as the pipeline does. £13–£18/hour depending on experience. Paid weekly, reviewed after the first fortnight. How to apply: tell us about a time you followed a detailed process independently and caught an error or judgement call the instructions hadn’t anticipated. Include your hourly rate. Shortlisted applicants get a short PAID trial (details on request) before anything’s agreed.
