Noise & Sibilance Repair Needed for Female Voice Recording

I am working with this short piece of voice audio (2min30sec) for a local community river project. The narration audio I've been given is just really noisy and has a lot of sibilance. I'm more of a visual person with very little audio training. I tried to add Crumplepop Denoiser and Deesser effects but they just end up too distorted... I am looking for someone who can do two things: 1.⁠ ⁠Listen to my product idea and sketch it out clearly. 2.⁠ ⁠Physically build a rough basic model of it, using simple materials if possible. I do not want CAD files, 3D renders, digital images, UX design, branding, or a polished prototype. I need someone who can actually make a simple physical version so I can see whether the idea works in real life. The model does not need to look beautiful. It does not need to be factory-ready. It can be rough, basic, handmade, and made from wood, plastic, card, foam board, 3D printed parts, brackets, hinges, magnets, or whatever simple materials make sense. The important thing is that you can think practically, sketch the idea, and then build a physical proof-of-concept model yourself.
