Software Tester / QA Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester (QA Engineer) to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with developers and product managers to identify bugs, improve performance, and deliver high-quality applications to users.

Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
Perform manual and/or automated testing of web and mobile applications
Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools
Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing
Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
Ensure software meets quality standards before release
Participate in reviews and provide feedback on product usability

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in software testing or quality assurance
Knowledge of SDLC and STLC
Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Postman)
Basic understanding of SQL and APIs (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and documentation skills
