Need a computer vision developer (Python, OpenCV, MediaPipe, or similar)
• Build a lightweight real-time vision pipeline
• Detect faces from a webcam or phone camera
• Detect a visible marker (printed symbol or pattern) in the scene
• Apply conditional image filtering (blur/mask) when marker is present
• Focus is on proof-of-feasibility, not a commercial product
