I am looking for someone who can do two things: 1.⁠ ⁠Listen to my product idea and sketch it out clearly. 2.⁠ ⁠Physically build a rough basic model of it, using simple materials if possible. I do not want CAD files, 3D renders, digital images, UX design, branding, or a polished prototype. I need someone who can actually make a simple physical version so I can see whether the idea works in real life. The model does not need to look beautiful. It does not need to be factory-ready. It can be rough, basic, handmade, and made from wood, plastic, card, foam board, 3D printed parts, brackets, hinges, magnets, or whatever simple materials make sense. The important thing is that you can think practically, sketch the idea, and then build a physical proof-of-concept model yourself. I am based in London and would prefer someone I can meet in person first, but I am open to discussing options. I would prefer someone based in London and or near London. I know some designers are like "any designer who is worthwhile makes cad drawings and renders". Back 200 years ago, there were no computers, yet people made things, inventions were still created. I need an 'old school' mindset because I just purely want a person who can and does make things in their home. Also, someone who has a great understanding on how things work and when things won't work. Please quote for an hourly rate, as I would like to find someone I can meet on a regular basis for various product ideas, not just x1. Also, before any work commences I would ask you to sign a simple NDA for idea protection. Matterport E57 to High-Density XYZ for Archicad

’m looking for a point-cloud/BIM specialist to help resolve a file compatibility issue between a Matterport Pro3 E57 point cloud and Archicad 28. Project background I scanned an approximately 100–120 m² furnished apartment using a Matterport Pro3 at Medium Density. The scan consists of approximately 56 scan positions and was captured for an interior designer who needs a sufficiently detailed point cloud to model the existing property in Archicad 28. Matterport generated an E57 point cloud of approximately 6.54 GB. The problem • The original Matterport E57 opens successfully in CloudCompare and contains the required level of detail. • Archicad 28 rejects the original E57 as invalid. • Matterport's MatterPak also provides a cloud.xyz file. This imports correctly into Archicad 28, but the client has confirmed that the point cloud is too sparse for the required interior-design work. • We have already tried opening the high-density E57 in CloudCompare and exporting/converting it to XYZ. The resulting XYZ imports into Archicad, but strange circular artefacts appear in the point cloud. Required outcome I need the original Matterport E57 processed into a clean, high-density XYZ point cloud that imports correctly into Archicad 28, without the circular artefacts, while retaining substantially more point-cloud detail than Matterport's standard MatterPak cloud.xyz. I am NOT currently looking for a BIM model or CAD model. The required deliverable is the processed point cloud. Ideally, I would like the successful freelancer to: Review the original Matterport E57 and existing XYZ examples. Identify the cause of the artefacts/compatibility problem. Produce a small test/sample XYZ first for validation in Archicad 28. Once the sample is confirmed, process the complete apartment. One piece swimsuit design

I need some help perfecting a one piece swimsuit I am trying to design. See photos of the swimsuit on a model from our latest photo shoot. The fabric is lurex fabric. We can't seem to get the fit quite right and as I am not a fashion designer, I don't know how to tell my factory how to fix it. I don't know if the swimsuit is too high leg and whether this needs to be brought down a bit. The triangles part of the swimsuit is also sitting too high on her. At the back the fabric is bunching up at the crotch. I would really like some help fixing this. I don't know if the best way would be to do a CAD to send to my factory or I'm open to nay other suggestions for how to tell them to fix it. I'm also open to changing the shape slightly if you have another ideas that might be more popular. Still Your Mind (SYM) is an established workplace wellbeing service providing accessible, confidential 1:1 emotional wellbeing support to employees. The approach is deliberately simple and human. Rather than waiting until someone is struggling enough to seek formal mental health support, SYM gives employees a confidential space to talk, reflect, reset and develop practical ways of managing the pressures of work and life. Mindfulness sits at the heart of the approach, alongside practical emotional wellbeing strategies. Where the business is now I have grown Still Your Mind organically and have now been delivering the service successfully within an organisation for several years. It works. Employees use the service, engagement has grown, and the relationship with the organisation has continued. I now want to take what I've learned, package the model more clearly and introduce Still Your Mind to other organisations. I'm therefore looking for someone who can help me open those doors. There are employees who are struggling, overwhelmed or underperforming but who don't necessarily see themselves as needing formal mental health support. Others simply won't reach out to an EAP. SYM provides a lower-barrier, human alternative: confidential 1:1 wellbeing conversations that employees can access before problems become bigger. The aim is not simply to support people when they're struggling. It's to help people function better, feel better and thrive at work. For the organisation, that has the potential to support engagement, performance, retention and absence prevention while demonstrating a genuine investment in employee wellbeing. What makes SYM different The service is personal rather than platform-led. Employees aren't being directed towards another app, website or library of resources. They have access to a real person and a confidential space where the support adapts to the individual. The SYM approach is built around three stages: Awareness → Space → Choice Helping people notice what's happening, create enough mental space to respond differently, and make choices that support their wellbeing. What I need from an appointment setter I'm not looking for someone to hard-sell wellbeing services. I'm looking for an experienced B2B appointment setter/business developer who can identify appropriate organisations, reach the right HR/People decision-makers and create enough interest for them to agree to an introductory conversation with me. Your job is to open the door. My job is to have the conversation and sell the service. Initially, I'd like to run a small, measurable pilot rather than commit to a large monthly retainer.
