Adobe Lightroom Specialist to create Meta Data

I shoot Bodybuilding shows and need help speeding up my Workflow. I currently use Adobe Lightroom Classic and could use help adding the metadata to each photo. (Name of competitors). It is easy use facial recognition to get most of the meta data. However, When they turn around and view their backs the only reference I have is the numbered button they have on their Bikini/trunks. I need a graphic designer who can help me complete a Photoshop streetwear t shirt graphic that now needs preparing as production-ready artwork. This is not a redesign. After receiving my first screen-printed sample from the manufacturer, I noticed that many of the outlines printed with jagged, stepped and uneven edges rather than the smooth lines and curves intended in the original design (please see the attached sample photos). I believe this may be because the artwork is raster-based, so I need it professionally refined into clean, production-ready vector artwork suitable for high-quality screen printing. The existing artwork should be used. The finished result must be visually identical to the original design and all jagged or stepped outlines have been refined into perfectly smooth, clean lines.
