I have developed a new product and am seeking an admin assistant for a full month. You will have two main tasks: Every day, you will receive alerts from two companies, TES and eTeach. Your task will be to review the job advertisements, locate the hiring manager's email address, and enter it into a spreadsheet. This should take approximately one hour per day. For the remainder of the day, you will be asked to visit specific websites and extract data. While the data may not include email addresses, we will provide you with the necessary format to input them. You will be required to work 6 hours a day Monday to Friday so that means you'll be earning a total if £8.33 per hour We will give you full training but you will have a target. Your first day I will do 3 hours while you shadow me to show you how quickly it can be done and I'd expect you to do 80% of what I can do

I’m looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Shopify Administrator to assist with creating new product listings and migrating data from our current Shopify 1.0 setup to the Shopify 2.0 platform using metafields instead of tags. It is not a simple data transfer but is an ADMINISTRATIVE role in the virtual assistance sense and not a database administrator. The person completing the role needs to consider the product (using the supplier's website as a guide) and then determine, colour, design, appropriate size etc and select the correct option in the CSV or Excel template. I will then upload the template into Shopify initially and provide preview access. If a longer term relationship is formed, I will provide access at this point. The project is already underway, I've set up the metafields etc, but I’m short on time and need support to complete it. Project Details: 1. Create and manage new Shopify product listings. 2. Transfer existing data from Shopify 1.0 (which uses tags) to Shopify 2.0 using the new metafield structure and ensure all product details, descriptions, and brand information are accurately updated - this is updating a CSV file, it does not need any programming or development and I will upload the CSV file myself. Requirements: 1. Proficiency in using CSV files for Shopify product data management. 2. Basic Excel skills, including formulas to streamline data entry (e.g., pulling in brand names). 3. Native or fluent English speaker to ensure accurate communication and tone consistency. 4. Familiarity with Shopify metafields for product information management. Support: 1. You will have access to the style and tone detail I used to create a customised GPT assistant to help streamline content creation, however the role will include reviewing and refining the output for accuracy and brand alignment.
