Basic Changes overview:
Refer functionality is already there when inputting refer code on signup form but refer link is not working.
We need to change the Earning level value for example - 2% to 5%, 7%to10% and 15%to20% their value is static so the admin can’t change.
Add autoload popup modal on user panel for latest announcement and admin can change it.
