I’m looking for support managing three limited companies. Only one is currently trading, but I need to keep all three active for the foreseeable future. I want to ensure all Companies House obligations are met for each company. My previous accountant has been overcharging—providing minimal service while charging for full accounts. Need help to setup Freeagent and help with YE accounts etc

We are a UK limited company and not happy with our current accountants. Need someone who can help set up Freeagent, go through various screens and answer questions we have (approx 1-2 hours worth of on-screen support here). By the end of the exercise we should be able to do Payroll, VAT and book-keeping seamlessly through Freeagent. Then we want to be able to see accurate forecasts and info about company finances. We should also be able to generate reports and accounts which can then be passed to accountant in order to do yearly paperwork required for legal purposes. Looking for an accountant who can 1) provide the training on-screen spread over half-hourly, or hourly sessions; 2) ensure we can submit payroll, VAT properly; 3) you can do our yearly accounts using data from Freeagent. File Company Tax Return/Submit Accounts and Close Down Company

I am in need of some accountancy help. I need to submit my latest company tax return before 30.04.25.
