Your responsibilities will include: * Monitoring spend, leads and cost per lead. * Identifying accounts requiring urgent attention. * Reviewing search terms and adding relevant negative keywords. * Identifying expensive or underperforming keywords, adverts and assets. * Adding relevant search terms as keywords using suitable match types. * Creating and improving Responsive Search Ads. * Updating sitelinks, callouts and structured snippets. * Reviewing and replacing underperforming image assets. * Checking location targeting and out-of-area postcodes. * Reviewing device, demographic and audience performance. * Checking budgets, conversion goals and campaign settings. * Updating adverts when offers or landing pages change. * Investigating discrepancies between Google Ads and CRM leads. * Documenting completed optimisations. * Providing a clear daily summary of completed work and any issues requiring attention. Strategic changes - including major budget adjustments, bidding strategy changes, conversion tracking changes and campaign launches - must be approved by the Google Ads Manager. Experience and skills: * At least one year of hands-on Google Ads experience is required. * Two or more years would be preferred. * Experience with Search and Performance Max campaigns. * Lead-generation experience is preferred but not essential. * Confidence working across multiple accounts and priorities. * Good written and spoken English. * Clear, responsive and professional communication. * Strong attention to detail. * Confidence to ask questions when instructions or approvals are unclear. * Availability for three agreed hours each weekday. Communication and availability: Communication is a major part of this position. We do not expect all-day availability, but we require a reliable three-hour daily window. During the first one - two months, this window should overlap with our working hours so we can review priorities, discuss high CPLs, clarify requests, provide feedback and establish consistent processes. Security and confidentiality: You will receive a company email address, which must be used for all company communication, platform access and account management.
