Adult Creator Lead Researcher for Direct Fan Messaging App
We are looking for a creator outreach / lead research specialist to help us find adult-friendly content creators for a new direct fan messaging app. The app is built for creators who want to communicate directly with their fans, monetize private conversations, and keep more control over their audience — without fans feeling like they are talking to an agency, bot, or fake operator. We are looking for creators from platforms and communities such as: * OnlyFans * Fansly * Fanvue * Webcam creator communities * Instagram * X/Twitter * TikTok * Reddit creator communities * Link-in-bio creator profiles * Adult-friendly influencer communities Your main task will be to find qualified creators and build a clear lead list. For each creator, we need: * Creator name / handle * Country or language if visible * Platform links * Main social profile * Contact method * Follower count if available * Creator type: OnlyFans, Fansly, webcam, Instagram, etc. * Notes on why they could be a good fit * Whether they seem suitable for direct fan messaging You may also help with outreach using our approved message, but the first priority is high-quality research and lead generation. Important rules: * Only 18+ creators. * No minors or questionable accounts. * No scraping private information. * No fake reviews. * No spam. * No misleading messages. * No pretending to be an independent user. * Respect the rules of every platform, subreddit, group, and community. Ideal candidate: * Experience with influencer research, creator outreach, adult creator recruitment, webcam creator research, or social media lead generation * Comfortable working around adult/NSFW creator communities * Good English * Able to work independently * Able to provide clean daily updates in a spreadsheet * Knowledge of OnlyFans, Fansly, webcam, Reddit, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Discord, or Facebook creator groups is a plus First test milestone: Please quote your price for: * 100 qualified creator leads * 20 relevant communities, groups, forums, or subreddits where creators can be found or researched * 20 manually contacted creators using our approved outreach message * A short report explaining which markets look most promising and why When applying, please answer: 1. Have you done creator or influencer outreach before? 2. Have you worked with adult/NSFW creators before? 3. Which platforms would you use to find creators? 4. Which markets do you know best? USA/UK, Latin America, Romania/Eastern Europe, or other? 5. How many qualified creator leads can you find per day? 6. Can you contact creators manually and track everything in a spreadsheet? 7. Do you understand that we do not want spam, fake reviews, fake testimonials, or rule-breaking outreach? 8. What is your price for the first test milestone?

This is an ongoing, part-time role requiring approximately three hours per day, Monday to Friday. We will agree on a consistent daily working window together. During the first one to two months, these hours should overlap with our team to allow regular communication, training and priority reviews. Our key priorities are: * Excellent communication * Proactivity and a hands-on approach * Security and confidentiality * Reliable availability * Attention to detail * Willingness to learn and follow established processes About the role You will work under the guidance of an experienced Google Ads Manager, supporting campaigns for local service businesses. Communication and availability: Communication is a major part of this position. We do not expect all-day availability, but we require a reliable three-hour daily window. During the first one - two months, this window should overlap with our working hours so we can review priorities, discuss high CPLs, clarify requests, provide feedback and establish consistent processes. Security and confidentiality: You will receive a company email address, which must be used for all company communication, platform access and account management. You will be expected to: * Keep all login details, client information and campaign data confidential. * Use secure passwords and two-factor authentication. * Never share account access or credentials. * Never transfer client data to unauthorised accounts or devices. * Report suspected security issues immediately. * Remove or return access when requested. A short introduction and details of your Google Ads experience. 2. Examples of Search, Performance Max or lead-generation accounts you have supported. 3. The typical monthly advertising spend you have worked with. 4. Your location and time zone. 5. The three-hour daily window you can consistently offer. 6. Your hourly rate. 7. How you would approach a Search campaign with a rising CPL, including how you would determine whether seasonality or a campaign issue caused the increase. 8. An example of an irrelevant search term you excluded, why you excluded it and the negative match type used. 9. Confirmation that you can document optimisations and communicate daily during the initial period. 10. Confirmation that you will use a company email address and follow strict security requirements. Please begin your application with “Google Ads Lead Gen” so we know you have read the full description. We are looking for someone interested in a dependable, long-term collaboration and developing alongside our team.

Rapid Low-Code AI Document-Parsing Web Prototype (Secure Cloud Tenant) in Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure OpenAI Project Overview: I need a highly concise, working prototype of a secure web application interface. The sole purpose of this app is to demonstrate a secure, live text-processing pipeline during a brief stakeholder review. It must ingest a raw text document/dataset, simulate a structured evaluation process against a pre-set compliance rubric, and dynamically display an optimization analytics page. Key Requirements to Implement: 1. Secure File Upload Interface A minimal, clean user interface with a file drop zone labeled: "Secure Sandbox: Upload Manuscript / Dataset Draft (PDF, DOCX, or CSV)". A secondary text field labeled: "Alternative Manual Input: Paste Methodology / Text Details". A dropdown parameter selector: [Parameter Group A / Baseline Metrics Checklist]. 2. Localized Governance Engine Setup Connect this frontend interface securely to an LLM endpoint (via Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Studio template, or a standard private API pipeline). Define system prompts to parse the document's sections (checking for structural clarity, data mapping consistency, and alignment with baseline formatting rules). 3. Dynamic Output & Accountability Dashboard Upon document submission, the UI must refresh dynamically to show: Maturity / Verification Score: A clean progress gauge (e.g., Ecosystem Readiness Level: 84%). Compliance Rules Checklist: Visual indicators displaying: [Passed] Citation & Data Anonymization Check [Passed] Methodological Parameter Scope [Warning] Formatting Ambiguity Detected in Section 3 Actionable Next Steps: A generated text box detailing exactly what parameters need optimization. Technical Constraints: Must be deployed on a functional, live preview web URL so I can interact with it live during the meeting. Data privacy configuration must be explicitly set to ensure no data processed is utilized for public model training datasets. Important Fail-Safe: Hardcode a single specific fallback template path into the interface so that if the live internet connection fluctuates during the review, the target upload file will immediately trigger the exact correct completed dashboard layout cleanly.

21 days ago15 proposalsRemoteMachine Learning Research Proposal Specialist
Overview We are looking for a Machine Learning Research Proposal Specialist to create a polished, professional research-style write-up for an ML evaluation task. The submission should propose a machine learning problem within the writer’s domain of expertise and must be directly related to machine learning. The final deliverable should be written in markdown format, follow the provided template exactly, and be no longer than 1–2 pages with a maximum of 8 paragraphs. Project Goal The goal of this project is to design a machine learning benchmark or problem that is complex enough to challenge a strong state-of-the-art LLM. The problem should not be a simple generic ML pipeline task. It should require deep domain expertise, advanced reasoning, and layered technical understanding that would be difficult for a general-purpose model to solve without specialized knowledge. Responsibilities The selected specialist will write a complete research proposal-style submission using the required sections: Domain and Motivation, Task Design, Data and Data Generation, Sources of Difficulty, Reference Solution and Scoring, and Citations. Each section should be concise, polished, and limited to one paragraph. The proposal should clearly explain the ML domain, why the task is meaningful, what is being predicted, how the data would be generated or adapted, why the task requires extrapolation, and why naive approaches would fail. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has strong experience in machine learning, applied AI, data science, or ML research, with expertise in at least one technical or scientific domain such as healthcare, finance, robotics, cybersecurity, biology, materials science, geospatial analysis, NLP, computer vision, or another complex field. They should be able to design a creative ML task that rewards real domain knowledge rather than basic textbook ML skills. Required Skills Strong understanding of machine learning problem formulation, benchmark design, data generation strategies, train/test split methodology, model evaluation, and scoring metrics is required. The candidate should also be comfortable explaining why a task is difficult, what domain-specific insights are needed, and how an expert would approach solving the problem. Clear technical writing and the ability to produce concise markdown-formatted documentation are essential. Deliverable The final deliverable will be a markdown-formatted research proposal following the provided template. It should be professional, concise, and no more than 8 paragraphs total. The proposal must involve machine learning directly and should include citations where applicable, such as relevant research papers, datasets, GitHub repositories, or other credible references that support the proposed task. Important Notes This is a machine learning evaluation project, so proposals that are not directly related to ML will not be accepted. The model output should be ignored during the evaluation process, and once the prompt has been entered and the model generates a response, the evaluator should select “Done Chatting.”

Bespoke Online Booking System for External Assessors
OVERVIEW We're a care home group with 8 homes. We need a simple, self-service web booking tool for external assessors (DoLS Best Interests Assessors, CHC assessors, FNC reviewers, IMCAs, and others) to book their own visit slots to assess a resident. Currently done manually by phone/email — slow and time consuming. We want this replaced with a lightweight tool. WHO USES IT External assessors (primary users) — book their own slot, no account hassle. Our central Assessments and Contracts team (oversees all 8 homes) — configures settings and sees all bookings. CORE FEATURES Public booking page(s) — one per home or a single page with a home selector. Assessment type selection (DoLS, CHC, FNC Review, DST, IMCA, Best Interests Meeting, "Other" free text) — expandable later. Live availability & direct booking — no manual approval needed for MVP. Configurable minimum notice period per assessment type — e.g. DoLS bookable next day, CHC needs 2 weeks minimum, others TBC. Must be adjustable by our Assessments and Contracts team via a settings screen, not hardcoded. Outlook Calendar integration (Microsoft Graph API) — bookings sync with real per-home calendars and auto-create events. Automatic confirmation/reminder emails to assessor and home contact on booking, change, or cancellation. Microsoft Teams integration — auto-generate a Teams link for remote/hybrid visits. Booking form fields: assessor name/organisation/email/phone; resident's name; resident's DOB or NHS number; assessment type; "will staff time be required?" (Y/N); "will medical records be required?" (Y/N); "has NOK been notified?" (Y/N); free-text notes. Self-service reschedule/cancel via link in confirmation email. Central dashboard for the Assessments and Contracts team — view bookings across all homes, manage notice-period settings. NICE-TO-HAVES (not required for MVP) Per-home blackout dates; CSV/Excel export; SMS reminders. TECHNICAL PREFERENCES Must integrate with Microsoft 365 (Outlook + Teams) via Graph API or equivalent — no third-party calendar system. Freelancer's choice of platform/stack, as long as it integrates well with M365 and is easy for us to maintain (please explain your approach, e.g. Power Apps/Power Automate vs custom web app). Mobile-friendly, since assessors will often book from their phone. DATA PROTECTION Resident DOB/NHS number plus assessment type counts as special category health data under UK GDPR. Please address in your proposal: hosting/encryption (at rest & in transit); who can view resident-identifying records; retention/auto-purge policy; relevant experience with health-adjacent data in a UK/CQC-regulated context. No full medical records/care notes should be stored in the tool. DELIVERABLES Working system live across all 8 homes, link shareable with assessors. Outlook sync + Teams link generation, tested. Short (1-2 page) admin guide for the Assessments and Contracts team. Handover of admin credentials/access. BUDGET & TIMELINE Under £500 (MVP scope). A few weeks. Open to a phased approach — core booking + calendar sync first, nice-to-haves later if budget allows. PLEASE INCLUDE IN YOUR PROPOSAL Proposed tech approach and why it suits Microsoft 365; relevant experience with booking systems/Graph API/Outlook/Teams integrations; rough timeline and milestones; assumptions/questions given the budget.

I have just this evening written a poem, I still need to revise it slightly, but I would ideally love someone who could compile a 3:29 video with background music 'Sand Drawing - Judah Earl'. I have read it out loud with this song playing quietly in the background, I am no video editor, but with weeks of planning and software and time - which I do not have - I may be able to pull something off. Alas, I require the help of a professional. I have worked out roughly, each video needs to be 3-5 seconds long. I don't know whether it's easier to compile them all at 5 seconds and then shorten the clip to match the words? I have details below the scenes I would love to have based on the chronological order of the poem. The one caveat, is ideally I would love to make all the clips my own, using me, my friends and family. However, that will take much longer. Therefore, I thought, if I can pay someone to get the whole video created, with the text and timing done to a tee, then I could ideally work with you again to revise some if not all of the video clips and swap them out with my own. How does that sound? I don't know the price, might have to be an hourly basis. It would also be lovely if you have your own video footage, to make it personable, otherwise stock footage is fine. As I say, with potential revisions done later. Video Scene Order: 1- A man sat quietly on a bench in the background, looking somewhat sad, with hustle and bustle, crowds of people in the foreground passing by as he looks around. 2- A man or woman praying in a church, chapel, then looking out the stained glass window at the end. 3 - two friends hugging and talking 4 - A Mother and Father dancing or grandparents 5 - A man crying looking to the skies, cloudy grey skies, close up of the eyes, filled with sadness - this could be a couple of videos 6 - Sky scenes, clouds, rain, sunsets in the sky, birds flying, a few montage scenes 5-8 seconds 7 - Flying birds, like a murmuration of birds would be wonderful 8 - Crying person with great emotion, letting it all out, saying goodbye perhaps 9 - someone skimming with a stone, the stone disappears - farewell. another drop in the ocean so to speak. 10 - Traveller, explorer, filmed from behind, with a rugged backpack, climbing a hill, mountain, coast path, adventure themed, moving on, going forth with great strength. 11 - Young couple kissing, intimate, young love 12 - Older couple embracing, long lasting love 13 - Seasons Montage - Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. - beautiful. 14 - Clocking spinning, turning, large railway clock, maybe a time lapse of people at times quare station flying by - hinting time flying by. 15 - Someone thinking, deep in thought, pondering questions, maybe sat somewhere quiet. 16 - Something to portray gladness and sadness - good times and bad times, laughter and difficult times. 17 - Workout video, a man or woman pushing through the pain, close up shot in their eyes lifting heavy weight or at the gym, showing power, strength and resilience. 18 - Heartbreak, someone alone by a tree, in a park, relationship ended, sad tears, something to show the world falling around them, maybe leaves falling from a tree as a secondary video. 19 - Clear, calm seas, a beautiful shot of calm waves and maybe a sunset or a whale breaching. 20 - Trees blowing in the wind, shot looking up through the trees. 21 - Moonlight, a breeze at night, a night time scene, maybe the night sky and a shooting star afterwards. 22 - Sunrise, the most beautiful sunrise shot, maybe even with someone in it, looking at the sun as it rises. 23 - A man - me eventually - sat in a meadow, a lovely field, an old English Oak Tree, a wooden field gate, something such as this, looking into the sunset, the shot filmed from behind, contemplating life and lost in thought. End Scene. Thanks p.s. I don't have bags of money, but this is so special to me, I want it to be the first video on my new Instagram account, dedicated to my film making and poetry, reigniting my old self.

Use z’d updateSecure WP-Admin Login Credentials 3. Set Up Safelist and Blocklist for the Admin Page 4. Use Trusted WordPress Themes 5. Install SSL Certificate 6. Remove Unused WordPress Plugins and Themes 1. Enable Two-Factor Authentication for WP-Admin 2. Back Up WordPress 3. Limit Login Attempts 4. Change the WordPress Login Page URL 5. Log Idle Users Out Automatically 6. Monitor User Activity 7. Check for Malware - found several none-Wordpress specious files and plugins. Deleted them. 1. Disable PHP Error Reporting 3. Turn File Editing Off 4. Restrict Access Using the .htaccess File 5. Change the Default WordPress Database Prefix - not done 6. Disable XML-RPC 7. Hide the WordPress Version 8. Block Hotlinking - not done 9. Manage File Permissions not done After making the list, we received another x-ransome attack. I suspect he has a server level access not only wp level.
