What We Expect From You

Demonstrated experience with PDPA 2012 and technology/service agreements
Fixed-fee proposal or hourly rate with not-to-exceed estimate
Proposed timeline from engagement to final delivery
One round of revisions included in quote (additional changes billed separately or re-quoted)

Selection Process
Proposals accepted on rolling basis
Decision based on: relevant experience, clarity of proposal, timeline fit, fee reasonableness
fit and demonstrated expertise weighted heavily
