Write a simple iOS and iPadOS app with Xcode

I will write a native iOS app that meets the human interface guidelines including source code and app icon if you wish. The app should be simple. You can make this app as your starting point or you can optionally learn how to write the app.

The app may include:
- basic navigation
- UIKit views and view controllers
- animation of UI elements
- user preferences/settings
- audio recording
- use of device sensors
- use of user location

But I cannot write apps which require those including but not limited to:
- third-party APIs, such as social networking APIs
- complex gaming
