Nicola did an amazing job on very little detail from my client. Really happy with the communication and the output. I would definitely recommend a++++++

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. The designer did not appear to read or engage with the brief I provided, which clearly outlined the brand values, aesthetic direction. What I received was significantly off-brand and didn’t reflect the tone or vision.
The timeline proposed by the designer was not adhered to, and communication around delays was poor.
It was frustrating to be charged for initial concepts that had little resemblance to the brief — with no evidence that the brand story or references were taken into account. Disappointing experience.
