What the Freelancer needs to start the work

To get started, I need the following information from you:
- The content you wish me to review. This could be in the form of a web address, an app download link or a software download link. I will also need a test username and password if the content is private or members only.
- Profiles of your customers or users. This could be in the form of imagined personas or actual data you hold on customers, such as age, location, interests and needs. If you do not have this already, please add on the persona development extra.
- Overview of your IT processes so I can better tailor my recommendations. Do you have a dedicated IT team ready to implement any changes? Can minor changes (such as editing content) be made in a CMS or does everything have to be hand coded? Are you a small business and your website was made by your nephew who is doing computing at college? By knowing a little bit about you and your IT experience I can make recommendations that will really work for your business.
