What you get with this Offer
The output for documents will be given in the form of plain txt files, or either .docx or .odt files in case you need formatting to be kept. For lists of short words, it's your choice between either a .txt file with the translated list, a .txt file with each line being "Original: Translation", or a Microsoft Office Excel compatible file with a column containing the original phrases and the other containing their translation.
I can also produce outputs in any format provided the original is in that format, but it may take me a bit longer and thus costs extra.
In the case of documents where certain parts should not be translated or presentiations, only the words that actually get translated count towards the 500-word limit (or 1000 if you chose the "translate 1.000 words instead"). For example, when requesting translation of a 600 word document with 300 words that should be left untranslated, the price will be of a 500 word document, not an up-to-1000 word document.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
The document to translate, in .txt, .doc, .docx or .odt format (or any other document format compatible with MS Office Word or LibreOffice Writer).
If you ask for a translation in any non-document format (e.g. A JSON file with keys and the relative string, or a whole PowerPoint), I will only work from an original file in the same format. I will only translate text, and not audio or video. I can also fill in "blanks" in preexisting documents (For example, an excel file containing columns for multiple languages with Italian missing, or a JSON file with each object being multiple translations of the same phrase or word).
