About Me:

I am an experienced business planning and marketing professional with extensive experience of owning and managing my own businesses and managing business development projects. I have worked with over 500 different organisations to solve operational and strategic management issues, writing business plans and marketing plans, delivering research, producing feasibility studies and implementing change management. I have experience as a Director and Trustee and currently hold a senior management position in a UK University. I am a business mentor for Virgin StartUp and Business in the Community and have considerable experience producing marketing materials, corporate communications and press releases. I have also managed a wide variety of events including outdoor music concerts, conferences, country fairs and exhibitions. I am an internationally published author with ten books and numerous trade, press and journal articles and a semi-professional photographer.

This Hourly:

We will produce the essential documents you require for any event. All our risk assessments and method statements comply with or exceed, the HSE Guide for Safety at Outdoor Events. The following activities are included in this hourly:

- Risk Matrix to establish the level of event control required
- Site Risk Assessment
- Event Risk Assessment
- Method Statement for Event set-up

Depending on the size and scope of your event the additional services below may be required.

1. Site Visit (may increase for site in the far south west, south east, south wales and north of the UK)
2. Full emergency plan (based on outcome form risk matrix)
3. Attend a Safety Advisory Committee (or equivalent) with your local authority (travel expenses need to be added to the fee).
