Calculation for building in a range from 400 ft² up to 1,400 ft².
Choosing an additional service to create an additional area, you can add them up to get the range in which the square feet of your building is/will be.
For example, your building has got/ will have a 750 ft² building. You must choose the main service "create a project for a residential US building, start 400 ft²", and the additional service "create an additional 400 ft² area of the building", the total will be 800 ft², and it will be a range of ft² for your building.

To create a concept/preliminary project I need to know: 1. The style I should work in; 2. Your preferences in colors & building materials; 3. Where this building is/will be located (send Google Maps, a topographic plan); 4. Necessary, indicate which rooms should be, their approximate areas, and where they should be located; 5. Write about unique local building codes (setbacks, max height, etc.).
