Jamie is an absolutely lifesaver. He took care of a problem that stumped me for weeks in a couple of hours, and was extremely responsive in spite of him being in the UK and me being in the US. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Very sad to say that this hourly produced no result. Jamie installed a single plugin on the site - autoptimize and there was no speed increase. I had given him the address when I purchased the hourly and he had confirmed he could improve the speed. To his credit he did offer a refund/exchange of service but why I’m giving it a 1 star was the terrible communications that happened after including being lectured about how “it’s a thankless job” when I questioned if he thought the service he gave was worth the £30.

Simply cannot thank Jamie enough. This was not an easy issue to fix & something I was extremely worried about.
I will most definitely go here first in future!
