My brief was a bespoke gift store that required integration with 3rd parties. I also needed the design of the website to be beautiful. John read my brief and understood it very well. His portfolio of work was at a high standard and I could see that he was a better developer compared to other developers. John also had experience with 3rd party integration which made me choose him. He was pricier than other proposals but well worth it.

The website John designed and developed was just what I needed. Absolutely beautiful and works like a treat. John was particularly patient when it came to problems with integration. He is highly skilled and professional. Very competent in web design, particularly Magento.

The only feedback I would give John is that John can become unavailable - esp when you need to reach him urgently. This is due to his other project commitments. There is no way of reaching him other than email. Perhaps an out of office or voicemail system would help. In saying that, John will get back to you and won't leave you stranded.

Thank you for the feedback and I do take your point with regards to other projects. Please accept my apologies for this, it was purely due to your project taking a considerable amount of additional time than we both could of ever of thought and due to the additional time, your project conflicted with another onsite project. Again, I do apologise and please be assured that when we take on a project we do budget a time scale for completion, when a project runs over this time scale and in your case, we had another project that start required us to work directly from the client’s office and we could not pick up our phone. I have however now advised our clients that may require us to work on site, that we do have other commitments and we will be required to pick up our phone from time to time.

The website designed by Advanced W is excellent, totally beyond our expectations. Advanced W have gone above and beyond in walking us through the processes and supporting us during our very difficult demands. I would recommend Advanced W to everybody and we will definitely be working with them again in the future. A 5 star service from an expert team.
