We are looking for an experienced web developer to design our online competition entry website. The concept is to host regular competitions for entrants to win prizes by way of answering multiple choice questions and purchasing tickets for each draw.
There will be a set number of tickets sold for each competition and once this number has been reached, the draw will be closed for entry. A backend system will need to be installed which keeps a live record of sales and each ticket will have an allocated number, similar to a traditional raffle. We will also be running multiple competitions simultaneously, therefore a separate system for each live competition is required.
The site will require a secure payment system with a shopping cart where entrants can review which tickets they are purchasing. Each competition will have a multiple-choice question for the entrant to answer, followed by a quantity drop down for number of entries and an ‘add to cart’ button. The entrants will be able to purchase the tickets even if they provide an incorrect answer.
Each entrant will create an account via email and password which will hold their billing address, shipping address and personal details so this will also need to comply with GDPR regulations and have a secure system to hold this information.

We will require an email subscribe feature with CRM integration via MailChimp or similar. Experience with SEO is also essential, as well as integration to Facebook and social media platforms.
Mobile and tablet compatibility is required and we must stress the importance of website speed and a user-friendly frontend design.
