Receiving three stars from you is bit shocking.
In last phase, delay was due to incorrect data you shared in excel sheet. I conveyed you about the incorrect format on 16th Jan and we received the correct & complete format of report on 22nd Jan from your side. As you know Nilda, we also did few of additional tasks that was not mentioned in the initial requirement which you should have considered it as well.
Hope you understand that a review matters a lot for a service provider while offering offshore services.
