Description of requirements/features: PROJECT: build a CMS backbone portal (no front end work need for this project)

We are a multimedia company that produces property tours/single property sites for Real Estate Agents, Builders, Interior Designers and Decorators

We are hired to produce and create the following: photography,video,floor plans, brochure printing and home staging The final product to delivery to our client is a single property site (mini web page) which contains
all of the media assets which we produced.

The Real Estate Agent then uses our product (the single property site) as a tool to market that specific property.

The Basics of what we need:


Client registers

Logs into site (creates user name and profile or can log in with one of their existing social accounts( i.e..facebook,google,linked in, etc.)

Client profile and client branding information is retained in system for all future orders

Client will decide if they want to do a self service Tour (DIY ) or they can choose to use one of our photographer/service providers to perform the photography,video,floor plan services.

Client chooses a package and level of service that they want. We will have several package options from which they can choose along with add-ons.

Client places and pays for the order (paypal, stripe- etc, payment gateway) or they can pay after the services have been performed.

Client will enter property information. Other media assets will be uploaded by either the photographer/service provider or the client, depending on what level of service that the client has chosen.

After all information and media assets have been included and uploaded into the system the form/tour generator, will produce and output a single property site. Here is an example.

Requirements for the build:


unencrypted code
unlicensed
unbranded
no copyright or use/user restrictions
you will let us know what are the hosting requirements for the completed build
you will provide instructions on how to use the platform
after the site/platform is built, tested and approved the site is to be installed and loaded on our servers.


Please advise on the following:

PHP or Wordpress?
Would you prefer to build this from scratch or customize one of the above referenced scripts? Or, would you recommend that we have the script customized by the original script developer?


This one of several projects that we are committed to doing. After this phase is completed I will need several landing page type of sites to market our services. If this project and relationship works well you can expect us to provide you with more work.
