John was extremely helpful every step of the way. I had been going round in circles trying to get Magento working. John was quick at responding and able to take over and able to easily solve the problems. It was a great relief to have such a professional to work with. Communication was excellent and I spoke to them several times as we worked through migration including all the customisation from our old Magento platform. 

John completed the job much faster than anticipated, and the whole process was much smoother, faster and less stressful than trying to do it myself. For the amount of time and work involved and the level of communication the price for services is an absolute bargain as well. John built a new website for my company. The result is okay in terms of the appearance of the site but unfortunately the project management side of the process has been painfully slow. Not only did I have to ask for things to be done more than once, but implementing changes took too long to complete. On the positive side, John will try and help as much as possible.
