We are very surprised to have only receiving 4 stars, we went above and beyond programing of this website. We have counted 120 hours of bespoke work on this website that had not been quoted for and with our good will and commitment to our clients we did not charge for as we knew that the client’s budget was low. In fact when we look at the original specification of the project it was so much lower than the completed website we have provided. We are all very disappointed that our hard work and commitment has not been recognised on this occasion and rewarded with a 5 star review.

I don't like giving bad reviews being a freelancer myself, hence a 3 star review.

The good points
- Nice people, very friendly and determined to get you what you want

The Bad points
- It took 5 weeks to make a decent design of the homepage - Just the homepage. Very poor design work initially, and after multiple revisions, finally reached a satisfactory version.
- During this time, communication was very slow. For e.g. if I asked for 4/5 changes in the layout, they would take roughly 2 days to make 2 changes. They would then tell me to look at it saying 'we want to keep you updated' They should make all the revisions I asked for and then showed me. This took up a lot of time. So very slow in that sense.
- As a company they do not work weekends, hence that just takes up days in the project.
- Sometimes replies are received promptly, other times communication becomes weak and they do not reply.
- For a £1000 job, it was handled very poorly and I expected better, particularly in comparison to the portfolio they showed me. I really wanted them to impress me but it did not work this time. This could be because of my requirements, or not. But this was a simple website, no special functionalities. I'm sorry waiting 5 weeks for a homepage to be complete is unacceptable. I can only imagine how long the rest of the website would take. The first design was shockingly poor, they should still have it and you can ask them to show you if they like, weird colours.

Overall
They may be a good company to work with if your requirements are very basic and you don't really care on the finer details, but money wise, wouldn't be too worth it. Particularly in reference to time, communication and design work. I can be quite difficult to work with though, so it may be my fault, but I like to be very specific about details.

The trust of the innocent is a liar's most useful tool.
I would like to point out that a full refund was granted as a gesture of good will and Zakariyaa (PINOCCHIO) offered to pay us some money for our hard work! So surprisingly it is extremely suppressing that we have been given a 5 star review that is so far away from the truth.


We worked on a website design for over 5 weeks with a very poor understanding of what Zakariyaa (PINOCCHIO) actually wanted. The client changed his mind on several occasions, even after he had signed off a Photoshop design of the home page and the site had been build. At this point we refunded the client and them within a few days the client replaced the order and we started design again.

I guess this bad review can also been seen as a positive review with the facts details these points:
1. Guaranteed Refund policy (this review is proof we do this)
2. Unlimited Design Revisions (Even after the site has been build, if you don’t like it we start again)
3. Brilliant design and development (Even if you’re as indecisive as the above client)
4. We do work weekends, please read some of our other review.
