This company must not be used. They have effectively 'stolen' £9200 of my money plus 7 months of my life. Do not be fooled by the lovely photos and friendly appearance, it is not real. The 5 stars given elsewhere for them were probably for smaller jobs than mine but as soon as they get a bigger job like mine they become greedy and try to be friendly for eg 6/10's of the way before then becoming very awkward and uncommunicative. They also drag out the work and make many school boy errors but then say it is work, and go from being really friendly to really awkward in the blink of an eye, and when you have already committed so much then how are you reasonably expected to just go elsewhere? They know this and it is all planned from the start and Peng himself even said so. I promise you, do not use them. He takes on jobs and then fits you around the other jobs once he has you where he wants you. Please, AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company must not be trusted or at least with large jobs. Their other ratings must be from small jobs where their greed doesn't get tempted. Do not be fooled by the innocence of their websites either, it is a scam
