What we lack is someone with the time to post consistently and keep up with comments and messages. The monthly work covers around twenty posts across the two platforms, built from product photography and design previews we supply, plus short vertical videos cut from footage we send. You handle selection, editing, captions, hashtags, scheduling and daily community replies during US business hours. Genuine customer service issues get passed to us rather than answered. Tone is the thing that matters most here. Our audience can tell instantly when a brand is faking familiarity with gaming culture, and it backfires hard. We need someone who actually gets the references, not someone applying a generic content calendar. If your experience is all mainstream consumer brands, this probably is not the right fit. We also want a short monthly summary of what worked and what did not, in plain language rather than a dashboard export. We will provide brand guidelines, raw content and a marketing contact. Content production beyond light editing of what we supply is not part of this brief. Project Summary: We have an existing, live company website and need it reskinned/updated with a new template — not rebuilt from scratch. This means selecting a new theme/template and applying it to 7 existing page types, plus a simplified main menu.
