This project involves assisting with onboarding gymnastics clubs onto a booking software platform. Experience with Umbraco, Excel, and Stripe is required. Several data migration and integration tasks need to be completed. Large amounts of class and member data currently housed in CSV files need to migrated into the Umbraco CMS. All relevant data fields such as member names, dates of birth, class types, schedules etc. must be imported accurately while adhering to specified formatting and validation rules. Additionally, classes and time slots for each club need to be setup and configured within the Umbraco software. All classes should be added with the appropriate details like schedules, capacities, coaches and any other attributes. Time slots spanning weeks or months must also be delineated. Finally, membership and class subscription functionality needs to be established through Stripe integration. Price plans and recurring billing options corresponding to the club's membership tiers and packages must be defined within Stripe. The software should then be configured to facilitate signups and automatic billing through the created Stripe products and prices. The goal is to have the software fully populations with client data and ready for them to start booking classes and managing membership through the integrated systems.
