Remote Airbnb / Serviced Accommodation Property Manager
Overview We are a UK-based property management company expanding into serviced accommodation (Airbnb-style short-term rentals). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced virtual assistant or property manager to take full operational control of a growing portfolio — starting in the UK and eventually expanding internationally. You’ll be joining at the ground floor of a brand-new division backed by an established property company. We’re looking for someone who can manage listings, guests, cleaners, and pricing with confidence and initiative — and grow with us as the business scales. Role Summary You’ll be responsible for the full day-to-day operations of our serviced accommodation properties, ensuring a smooth guest experience and excellent performance across all platforms. Key Responsibilities -Set up and manage listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, and others -Communicate with guests before, during, and after each stay -Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams for turnarounds and issues -Manage calendars and implement dynamic pricing strategies -Monitor reviews and guest ratings; respond promptly and professionally -Liaise with landlords, contractors, and internal teams as required -Provide simple daily updates via WhatsApp, voice notes, or email You’ll receive all the media and property descriptions from us — your role is to upload, manage, and run each property like it’s your own. What We're Looking For We want someone with solid experience managing short-term rentals or serviced accommodation. -You should be confident using common tools in the industry, great with communication, and comfortable taking ownership. Excellent written and spoken English is essential. You’ll need to be independent and able to work without micromanagement, but still collaborative and proactive with updates. Experience with tools like Hospitable, Guesty, Hostaway, PriceLabs, or similar platforms is preferred — but not required if you learn quickly and can recommend strong alternatives. Compensation We offer a hybrid model that reflects performance and long-term potential: -Monthly retainer to cover availability and setup -Percentage of monthly revenue for each property you manage P-erformance bonuses tied to 5-star reviews and occupancy rates This role is starting part-time but is designed to grow with you. As the portfolio expands, so will your income — and we fully expect the right candidate to eventually lead a team. Ideal Candidate -1+ year of serviced accommodation or Airbnb experience -Great written English and confident with guest messaging -Comfortable using or learning property management systems -Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset -Available for flexible working hours with emergency support if needed -Eager to grow with a brand-new division and make it your own If you're excited by the idea of helping launch and lead a serviced accommodation business — with real autonomy and room to grow — we’d love to hear from you. Apply now and let us know: -A bit about your experience with short-term rentals -Your availability (including time zone) -Any tools or platforms you’ve worked with

START OF BRIEF Project: Global B2B SaaS Stripe Setup (No Code Required) I need a Stripe expert for a remote co-working session to configure my dashboard. No coding is required as my developer will handle the integration; I just need someone who knows the Stripe settings inside-out. We have a SaaS platform for global users and need to ensure the following logic is 100% correct. 1. Priority #1: Advanced Bank Transfers (The Most Important Method) We need to configure "Virtual Bank Accounts" via Stripe’s Automated Bank Transfer system. The priority is that our B2B clients receive a professional invoice with unique local bank details (Account Number/Sort Code) in their own local currency. This must be enabled for the UK, EU, USA, Japan, and Mexico so big B2B clients can "push" payments to us exactly like a local vendor. NOTE: This is our most important payment method and must be the primary focus of the setup. 2. Detailed Global B2B Payment Strategy In addition to Bank Transfers, we need to cater to specific markets with the following. Please note: We do NOT want Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Revolut Pay. Global Baseline: Enable Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal for all 50+ target countries. USA: Enable ACH Direct Debit. This is mandatory for our US B2B clients to avoid card fees. United Kingdom: Enable Bacs Direct Debit for the 12-month monthly contracts. Europe: Enable SEPA Direct Debit. Also enable iDEAL (Netherlands) and Bancontact (Belgium). China: Enable both Alipay and WeChat Pay for full coverage. South Korea: Enable local South Korean Cards. Middle East: Ensure Card support is optimized for local currencies (AED, SAR). 3. Pricing & Subscription Logic Ad Packages: £100 per advert. Users can select multiple adverts with a "volume discount" (the more they buy, the cheaper the unit price). Annual Plan: Standard yearly subscription that can be canceled anytime. Monthly Plan: 12-month minimum contract, restricted to UK customers only (legal/accountability reasons). 4. Branding & Compliance Apply our website theme, logos, and branding to all Stripe invoices and hosted pages. Implement our "Terms of Business" into the checkout flow so users must agree before paying. 5. Stripe Tax & B2B Setup We need to activate Stripe Tax and Tax ID Collection. This ensures that when a business in another country enters their Tax ID, Stripe automatically validates it and sets the tax to 0% (Reverse Charge). Developer Note: We will use the command "automatic_tax[enabled]=true". Product Mapping: Use Tax Code txcd_10103001 (SaaS - business use). 6. Regional Restrictions Ensure the "Monthly 12-Month Contract" plan is hidden or blocked for any user whose billing address or IP is outside of the United Kingdom.

Test Edit & Start Date - Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a paid test edit. - The test edit will be paid at the advertised hourly rate, whether successful or not. - The edit will not be an active client project (it will be an episode already approved by a client). - For successful candidates, we are looking for an immediate start. Pay & Contract Details Rate: £20–£30 per hour, depending on experience Contract Type: Freelance / Contractor Hours: Minimum 40 hours per month, with workload expected to grow to 100+ hours per month over time Rates for the paid test edit will be aligned with the same hourly rate band. Although this is a contractor role, UK-based freelancers are invited to our annual Christmas party, bringing the wider UK team together in person.
