Hi, I have been working up a new venture, which will be a mobile app that allows users to enter and win prizes. The model is a little unique I think, so in my research I have been struggling to pin down exactly what the entry mechanism would be called and therefore the rules to follow. I know one has to be careful with regards to being considered a lottery, or sweepstake/competition with levels of skill required etc. I am looking to pay somebody for some time to read my short brief (1 page A4) and give an indication of where the idea sits in legal terms, pitfalls to look out for, and perhaps suggest tweaks to my concept if it makes for a smoother ride legally. Many thanks Steve

Raspberry pi project that needs a programmer....
This computer experiment uses a Raspberry Pi microcontroller programmed for image recognition, random number generation, algorithmic selection, and machine learning from user input. The controller is fitted with a camera module to recognize images using Python programming. When an image is identified, it will randomly select a category of responses. Variables representing a simulated situation will be determined using random numbers and run through algorithms to provide a range of appropriate responses. The best response recommendation will be based on its computed effect on the situation variables. The user then selects if the recommended output was suitable and provides feedback to the machine learning system. Based on past user approvals, the system will learn to rank its recommendations. This research project aims to explore programming a Raspberry Pi for computer vision, algorithmic decision making, and developing an interactive learning model through user evaluations of simulated outcomes.

WordPress SaaS Platform with OpenAI (ChatGPT) API integration
I need a developer with experience in WordPress, integrating the OpenAI (ChatGPT) API, and databases to build a SaaS platform. The platform will be a Bedtime Story Generator where users can enter a description of the story they want to generate, pick a language, and choose a theme (e.g., adventure, inspiration, educational). More details: 1. Build a website using WordPress with an input field named 'Input Text'. This field will allow visitors to enter the theme or description of the story. Below the input field, there should be a dropdown menu where users can select the language of the story generation (English, French, and German for now) and the theme (inspirational, adventure, educational, etc.) of the story. 2. After users enter their input and press a button, the ChatGPT (OpenAI - GPT) API should generate a text (story). The prompt (OpenAI) should be structured as follows: "Write a [theme] story about: [user input] in [user's language choice] language." 3. The theme of the story entered by the user, along with the text response generated by the GPT API, should be saved in a database. The system should create a special page with a headline that says, "Story about [user-entered term/word]" with the path: domain.com/story-about-[user-entered term/word]. 4. After pressing the button to generate the story, the user should be redirected to the newly generated page with their story. This allows the user to share the link with others and ensures the story is stored in the database for SEO purposes. 5. The story page should contain: a featured image, which will be generated by the OpenAI API (Prompt: Generate a featured image for a bedtime story about [user's input]), a headline ([Theme] story about [user input]... OR a GPT-generated headline based on the content). Tags that I can add manually (I don't want users to add tags; this can be done only in the admin section). And a section titled 'Stories that might interest you' where there will be related stories. 6. The home page (you'll see in the design) should contain a few more things: Trending stories, Most Recent stories, Most Popular stories (in general), and the most popular stories by theme (funny, adventure, educational, etc.). The home page should also contain a reviews section where I can manually add what people have said about my platform. 7. The user page (I did not create a design for it since I am not a designer, but I believe something general with colors from Figma should work) should contain the credits the user has, an option to buy credits, a referral link, and the user's generated stories. 8. Each visitor should have one free credit to generate one story without needing to register. For additional credits, users can either register on the platform (and receive an extra 3 credits) or invite someone else via a referral link to try the story generator. Once the referral generates a story, the original user receives 2 additional credits. Additionally, users can generate one story for free every 24 hours (this should be based on IP address). 9. Registered users should also have the option to purchase more credits. They should be able to buy 10 extra credits for $5 or 100 credits for $10. 10. The developer should explain in the documentation how to make changes and how to use WordPress, OpenAI, Payment, and Database. This includes how to change prompts, design, edit pages where stories will be displayed, and any other necessary information to manage the entire project independently. At the end of the project, I should know how to replicate this same project or edit it in case the first idea does not succeed in the market and I need to adapt it by myself. This means I should know what to edit and where to make changes. Note: I will be the owner of the entire platform, code, and have exclusive copyright of everything you make for this project. Design: I will provide the design I have created in Figma. I hope it will be okay. I am open to your advice and changes. Credentials: I will share with you the OpenAI API Key, not credentials; I hope you are okay with it. I know the budget might not be the best, but I promise a bonus if everything goes smoothly without tricks or scams. I can also guarantee that I will pick you for the next project. Since I am not a developer, I would probably need your help with projects where I would love to hire you again. I am also open to various service exchanges since I write scripts for YouTube, conduct research for writers, and write marketing strategies. If I have forgotten something, please let me know. Also, let me know what plugins might be paid and how much that might cost me additionally. Ideal candidate should have: - Proven experience in WordPress development. - Proficiency in working with APIs and databases. - Familiarity with payment gateway integrations. - Previous experience with developing SaaS platforms and content generation tools will be a bonus.
