Project description We’re WoodNLite (woodnlite.com) and need an experienced BIM modeller to produce BIM-ready files for a wood-and-glass office partition system. Scope: 10 elevations (architectural elevations of the partition wall types) plus parametric profiles, door and sidelite families, and the detailed hardware variants listed below. Files must be accurate, production-ready, and easy to specify by architects and contractors. What we need Deliver high-quality BIM assets for our wood-and-glass partition system that can be dropped into Revit (and exported to IFC/DWG). Work includes: 10 elevation drawings / 3D elevation models of typical partition wall conditions (architectural scale). Parametric profiles for wood rails and stiles (so widths & glass lite patterns can be adjusted). Door and sidelite families: Door + one sidelite Door + two sidelites (one either side) One as above withPair doors Each of the above with: overhead closer, built-in bottom rail closer, and floor closer variants (so 3 hardware variants per elevation where applicable).
