I am seeking assistance with removing undesirable comments from my Google My Business listing that were erroneously reinstated by Google. Several comments had previously been deleted from the page, however Google automatically resurrected and republished them. I have made multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact Google support through official channels like email and the Google My Business community forums to request the offending remarks be filtered out again but have received no replies or solutions. An expert is needed who has experience successfully navigating Google's customer support processes to escalate this issue on my behalf through the proper procedures and proper channels until the inappropriate reviews are permanently expunged as intended. Experience building positive relationships with representatives and a track record for courteous but persistent follow up will be vital for getting the unwanted evaluations stricken for good. Knowledge of Google My Business management and familiarity with Google's policies would be preferable.
