With this booklet we want to apply for new owners. The booklet needs to look modern and chic. I wish to modernize aspects of the design to portray a more authentic representation of the property. Specifcally, the table on pages 7-8 could be enhanced. We have architectural details like windows or decorative flourishes found on the home. Numbering pages with such elements would lend an artisanal quality. Beyond stylistic tweaks, a custom logo is requested utilizing flames from grafity adorning the house with the text "Wiener 20". This emblem would be placed prominently on the cover page to establish a refinedyet distinctive brand. The successful applicant will have experience revising InDesign layouts as well as extracting images and motifs to craft an elegant logo integrating the client's vision.
