Role & Responsibilities:
Call new leads quickly (speed-to-first-contact is a priority).
Run structured discovery (style/size/budget/date; off-the-rack vs order/location).
Handle light objections; set expectations; secure appointments.
Hand off to consultant when samples/mini trunk-show prep is needed.
Log calls, notes, outcomes in CRM; complete daily/shift reporting.
Follow scripts; iterate based on coaching and data.
Requirements (non-negotiable):
Proven telemarketing/appointment-setting experience with measurable results.
Clear, warm phone manner; confident objection handling.
Basic CRM competence (e.g., Pipedrive) and disciplined documentation.
Coachable, reliable, responsive during UK business hours.
Nice to Have (not required):
Bridal/fashion/retail background.
Familiarity with Typeform → Zapier → CRM workflows.
