Draw Mobile App Icon From Rough Sketch

I have a rough idea of how I want my iOS app icon. For fun tried ChatGPT and xAI but of course these create crap images.

I'm looking for someone that can draw my rough idea in layered stylistic way.

The design I have in mind: A modern looking compass (rose) with circular scale/ruler and the letters N M E A instead of the normal N(orth) E S W. It must look simple as a pictogram and be suitable for iOS 26 app icon layering (https://developer.apple.com/icon-composer/)
