Compliance Documentation for Skincare Products Brief Product is a Skin Paste What is my business? • Online Business situated in UAE • Selling Skincare/Beauty Products • Selling from online only • Main Market is in UK • Website is www.Lamaeskincare.com • Number of products on the Market 5 Main Objective • To sell cosmetics in the UK there is certain criteria that needs to be met and a load of documents that are required. • As my manufacture is based in UAE unfortunately they have not been able to supply all the required documents. • I have majority of the documents that evidence the product is safe and fit for purpose. • However I need help completing the remaining documents. • I have recently appointed an RP (Responsible Person) who’s responsibility is to ensure my product is compliant and help me through the process. Therefore they have given me a list of documents I am required to provide them with. Current Documents I have and will be attached for your reference • GMP Certificate • Certificate of Analysis • Certificate of Ingredients • Material Safety Data Sheet • Product Information File • Lab results of the product Documents I require and will need you to produce as part of the project • A method of manufacture. • A statement confirming that both the finished product and all raw materials are free from animal testing, or individual animal testing compliance statements per raw material. • Specifications for all packaging componentry detailing both the material type (i.e. PET, ABS) and composition (i.e. lid = 100% PET, bottle = 10% LDPE / 90% PET). • A CPSR • A stability data report • Safety data sheets (SDSs) for each raw material used. • Certificate of analyses (COAs) for each raw material used. • Technical data sheets/raw material specifications/dossiers/informational sheets/regulatory sheets/statements where available for each raw material used. • IFRA 51 and allergen declarations for all raw materials containing botanical ingredients The documents will need to be as if they have all come from my manufacture therefor the same logo and title/style will be required hence why I have provided you all documents as a reference. Strong portfolio demonstrating previous real estate websites — links to live sites required. Deep understanding of luxury design principles — clean layouts, premium typography, visual storytelling, and subtle modern animations. Expert-level skills in Wix Studio, with ability to leverage advanced design and layout capabilities within the platform. Solid understanding of SEO best practices to optimize site structure, content, and imagery. Additional Requirements: All designs and pages must be fully editable in Wix Studio, with no complex custom code that would limit future content changes. The designer must provide a short handover guide showing how to update property listings, add new content, and make basic design changes. Regular updates and clear communication are expected throughout the project.
