Ai animation / whiteboard style presentation

I need a whiteboard-style animation, in 2d or 3d.

The narration, I estimate, would be about 60-90 seconds in duration.

If this can be done quickly using Ai, to keep the costs down, I have several different story lines to experiment with.
But speed is the most important factor, which is why I prefeerr to use AI to follow my script visual animation to go along with the script
