Komitz GmbH need an experienced B2B sales specialist to accelerate business development for several well-known telecommunication brands that we officially distribute in Germany. You will work primarily remotely and act as an extension of our in-house team. Your focus will be to: • Generate and qualify new corporate leads within Germany. • Schedule and conduct online meetings or calls to present our telecom solutions and address client needs. • Drive opportunities through the funnel and close agreements, handing signed contracts back to us for onboarding. We have a small online shop in Germany. We have new items and need some atmospheric photos to go with them. The items are marble crucifixes. There are six models that can be hung on a wall and six models that can be stood up. We would like to have two different images of each model showing the cross in a domestic setting. For example, above the door or next to the bed on the nightstand. That makes 12 images: 6 of the hanging models and 6 of the standing models. All crucifixes also come in four different sizes. The hanging model is available in heights of 14, 20, 26 and 35 cm. The standing model is available in heights of 10.5, 16, 22 and 28 cm. The sizes of the crosses should therefore be taken into account in the ambient images on a roughly true-to-scale basis. This means there are 2 different ambient images per model x 12 different models (6 of which are standing, 6 of which are hanging) x 4 sizes per cross model. This involves a significant amount of copy and paste work. All files should come as jpg in 2000x2000 resolution. We look forward to receiving your offers. The sample shows two crucifix Models and one ambience image. Josip and Henning

Project Overview: We are looking for a Python/Odoo developer to build a simple tool for our staff. The tool needs to read Purchase Orders (PDFs) sent by our customers and automatically create a Draft Sales Order in Odoo. The Goal: Our staff should be able to drop a PDF into the tool (or a specific folder), and the system should extract the data and push it to Odoo. Key Constraints: No Monthly Fees: We do not want to use paid OCR subscriptions (like AWS or Google Cloud). You must use free/open-source Python libraries to read the text. Windows Desktop: The tool must run on Windows 10/11 computers. It needs to be easy for non-technical staff to use (e.g., a simple .exe file). Scope of Work: Input: The tool accepts a PDF file. (PDFs from the same customer may come in 1, 2, 3, or 4 page formats) Identify Customer: Determine which customer sent the file (e.g., by reading the filename or the header text). Extract Data: specific fields need to be pulled: PO Number Date Line Items (SKU, Quantity, Price) Product Mapping: The tool must match the "Customer SKU" found on the PDF to our "Internal Product Reference" in Odoo. Odoo Integration: Use the Odoo API to create the order. Requirements: The solution must be able to handle different PDF layouts for different customers (we can discuss how you want to handle this configuration).

Build Integration to send IONOS Web Orders to Kipos POS
We run a food takeaway and need a developer to build an integration so that orders placed on our IONOS webstore are automatically sent into our Kipos account (https://app.kipos.uk/) and print straight to our kitchen/printer setup with no manual re-entry. This must be production-ready: fast, reliable, and built to handle busy service periods. What the integration must do 1) Capture new online orders from IONOS Detect new orders as soon as they’re paid/confirmed (or the correct “ready for kitchen” status) Pull all relevant order data: Order ID, timestamp Customer name + phone/email Delivery vs collection Address (delivery) / pickup details (collection) Requested time: ASAP vs scheduled (time slot if applicable) Customer notes (allergies, “no onions”, etc.) Items, quantities, variants Modifiers / add-ons / extras (e.g., “extra cheese”, “no sauce”, spice level) Discounts / delivery fee / tips (if present) Payment method/status 2) Create the order in Kipos exactly as the kitchen needs it Push the order into Kipos so it lands in the correct screen/queue as an online order Map all the required fields Ensure delivery/collection is correctly set and visible on print tickets Include requested time clearly (especially for scheduled orders) 3) Auto-printing to kitchen printers Orders arriving in Kipos should auto-print to our configured printer(s), or be inserted into the correct Kipos workflow/status that triggers printing. Key requirements (takeaway-specific) Modifier & note handling (critical) Must support multiple modifiers per item, and multiple items each with their own notes Preserve formatting so the ticket is easy to read during service Handle edge cases like: “No X” and allergy notes Duplicate prevention + reliability No duplicate tickets/orders if a webhook retries or the sync is re-run Retry + failure handling: Automatic retries Clear error logs Optional alert (email) if an order fails to sync Operational timing Webhook/event-driven preferred (near-instant) Polling acceptable only if webhooks aren’t available, but it must still be reliable and efficient Security Secure credential storage (environment variables/secret store) HTTPS, least-privilege access Preferred technical approach We’re open to the best implementation, but we expect this to be either: Middleware service (recommended): listens for IONOS orders and posts to Kipos or Direct plugin/integration if IONOS supports it. Deliverables Working live integration: IONOS → Kipos order creation + printing workflow Configuration options: Which order status triggers sending Item/modifier mapping method Logging dashboard or structured logs (success/failures, retries, duplicates) Documentation: Setup steps How to update menu/mappings Troubleshooting guide Test evidence: At least 10 varied test orders (modifiers, delivery/collection, scheduled/ASAP) Source code + handover (Git repo or zip) Short post-launch support period (bug fixes) Acceptance criteria A new IONOS order appears correctly in Kipos within an agreed time (e.g., under 60 seconds if webhook-based) Ticket prints automatically (or via correct Kipos status trigger) without staff interaction Items, modifiers, notes, times, and delivery/collection details are accurate and readable No duplicates under retries/network issues Clear logs for each order’s sync status To include in your proposal Your recommended approach (webhooks vs polling, architecture, hosting) Relevant experience (POS integrations, online ordering, printers/kitchen workflows) Estimated cost + timeline (phased: build → test → deploy) What you need from us (API access, sample menu, Kipos printer workflow details) Info we can provide to speed things up Sample orders (with modifiers/notes) Our current IONOS product list/menu structure Screenshot/video of our Kipos order screen + print output requirements Printer setup details inside Kipos (single printer or multiple stations)

I need a ENGINEER and a BILL OF QUANTITIES guy all in one
Hi guys I want to build a 17ft by 17 ft wide OUTSide Two Story area to have people hosted at my house I have asked CHAT GPT for most of the content But i want to find A Engineer who can tell me 1) Wich is most cost effective to build Cement or Wood 2) And wich is most Structural sound as persons will be on the Second floor 3) Once you decide i need to have a MATERIAL list and a LABOUR list Here is some stuff from chat gp t to help you I can definitely help you think through the concept, but I cannot provide structural calculations, load-bearing specs, or construction-ready material lists. Anything that carries people—especially a two-story structure meant to hold 50 people—must be designed and approved by a licensed structural engineer or architect. That protects lives, and also protects you legally. BUT I can give you a safe, high-level overview so you understand what you’ll need to discuss with a pro. Think of this as a map, not the building instructions.

Lawyer who specialises in property survey disputes.
Good morning, This is just a preliminary enquiry re help with filing a complaint against our property surveyors. We purchased a 4 bedroom property with a loft and had a level 3 survey done with an RICS surveryor before we bought the property. He looked at the loft and said that even though the loft floor was uneven this was just wear and tear and not a structural problem. We bought the house and have since found out by two strutural engineeers and a builder, that there is definitely a structural problem with the loft. The loft comes with no paperwork, it was constructed using something called a permitted development. It was constructed very cheaply, and the wooden beams/joists in the floor of the loft were not changed to load bearing ones, which could carry human loads. The beams in the loft have now become warped, screws holding the beams together have started to loosen, and the loft is crushing the 1st floor. We have been told that we are going to have to lift the roof off the house to insert a steel beam to make the property safe. We are currently waitng on two seperate reports from a structural engineers. We will then file a complaint to the surveryors , as we hope to be compensated to carry out the remedial work to repair the loft. We would of course like the engineers to note that the surveyor was negligent and failed in his duty of care, we have asked the structural engineers to watermark the reports/ or highlight the main points , which would also like to forward to you to look at, in case they need to be amended. We are forwarding this request now, because we would just like to ensure we are on the right track. The structral engineers have stated that 1. The surveyor should not have said it was not a strutural problem, as he was not qualified to say this. 2. Should have recommened we seek advice from a structural engineer. 3 He should have looked into the eves as he had straightfoward access. 4. Should have seen that the windows in the loft are bowing, and not straight. 5. The outside roof also indicates that the loft is crushing. 6. The surveyor also called a water leak on the ground floor rising damp, which shows he rushed the survey and was not as thorough and as diligent as it should have been. Kind regards Rita

Google Sheet With Calculations Required
Hi, I need to create an invoice template that my team can use to create invoices from and send as a PDF to customers for payment. This is for games of Laser Tag (Prices on our website are shown as INC VAT prices). Essentially it needs to show a drop-down menu of different products (about 30 of them) along with a different price for each. I need to be able to select a quantity, and then it will total at the end (INC VAT) price. Under that I need a breakdown as follows: Sub-Total: Discount: VAT: Invoice Total: The reason I need to do the VAT breakdown in this way is due to the way our booking system shows package prices to customers. I have started to put together a Google sheet but then got stuck! I can send this to you if you wish to work with me on it? Thanks! Rob

Qsr.tech - QSR.TECH Logo
Hi, qsr.tech is a company which delivers IT solutions for the QSR industry. QSR means "quick service restaurant" and refers to, for example, burger chains and other fast food chains. I am looking for a sleek, simple but clever and modern design, most likely 2d. Depending on the design, we can still decide to go with any variant: qsr.TECH, QSR.tech, QSR.TECH or qsr.tech. Our customers, primarily small and expanding Burger chains in Germany, receive their entire tech stack from us.(The "stack" refers to all different technologies which come together to make a whole solution).

Local hosting of googlefonts within ONE.COM website builder
Hi, I need a person who knows about one.com's website builder. If you have already worked with this website builder you are welcome. So, I need someone who knows how to store Googlefonts on-site, so that there won´t be a connection to a google server upon opening the site. (This is a serious problem over here in Germany, the fonts should be stored locally, and it should be insured by a script that these local fonts are used) WYes, within this website builder there is the possibility to put data and scripts in the header of the pages, and there is the 'file manager' for resources. I say it again: this is NOT a WordPress site, please answer ONLY, if you have experience with the ONE.COM website builder... ;-) So, I am open for your proposals. Andreas
