Ecommerce website creation - Shopify
Hi, I'm seeking a skilled freelancer to migrate a website (Marler Haley) from Kentico 12 CMS to the Shopify platform. The project involves a complete rebuild of the ecommerce shop in shopify, including all products and content pages/blog posts. The site design will also need redesigning so it's more modern/efficent. There is no integration with an ERP or fuilfiment system. Orders will be manually processed by a sales agent upon online purchase. We will start fresh with customer and order information, so no data migration here is required. Payment gateway will be stripe. Klaviyo email platform. Approximately 400 live products will need to be re-created on shopify, along with around 100 content/blog pages. Kentico offers no clean extraction of product data, thus I invisage this being a manual process of copying content from webpage to then creating in Shopify. Vyne is a standalone brand of Optimum Medical, focusing on the dispensing and distributing of medical products – mainly through its DAC function. Vyne is a Dispensing Appliance Contractor, in common terms, you’ll hear it called a ‘home delivery service’. We are licensed to process prescriptions for medical devices, dispense these and deliver them directly to patient homes. Patients and clinicians can order prescriptions through our Vyne Online portal, and now our new Vyne Online app. This can be thought of similarly to an online pharmacy, but solely for medical devices instead of medication. Alongside the DAC function we have Vyne Shop (this project!) – which is an ecommerce site built on Shopify. In April Vyne Shop will have been operating for 2 years. We stock over 1000 SKUs (and counting) within the Bladder & Bowel, Stoma, Skincare, Lubrication, Bandages, and Incontinence Pads categories. Many of the products we sell can be prescribed, along with many other products which are not part of the NHS Drug Tariff. Generally customers are using Vyne Shop to purchase medical product which aren’t available on prescription, like better quality fixation devices for example. Some customers are using Vyne Shop for products which aren’t available in their area, or to try out a new product before speaking with their clinician to get the item on prescription. Vyne Shop operates as revenue source for the business, but is also a great lead source for the DAC. We’re looking to redevelop/rebuild the Vyne site, including 9 custom landing pages and all Shopify functionality, such as the navigation, category, collection, product, basket, and blog pages.
