Experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist & Design

We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to work with us Our Klaviyo account is already fully set up and integrated with our Shopify store. We already have 2 basic flows running, so we're not looking for someone to set up Klaviyo from scratch. Instead, we need a Klaviyo expert who can significantly expand our email marketing strategy and help increase revenue through advanced automation, segmentation, and campaign planning. What we need: Build a wide range of high-converting Klaviyo flows. Review and optimise our existing flows. Design and implement high-converting pop-ups and sign-up forms. We currently do very little email marketing, so there is a huge opportunity to build a comprehensive system that generates consistent revenue. What we're looking for Proven experience managing Klaviyo accounts. Strong understanding of email marketing strategy and customer journeys. Experience improving conversion rates and increasing revenue through automation. Excellent English communication. Ability to suggest improvements rather than simply follow instructions. RC Marine Vehicle Design, Semi-Submersible Deployment Platform

Looking for a designer to assist in the development of a RC marine vehicle used to deliver payloads through the ocean surf. Unit will be semi submersible operating via remote control from within 2 miles. Unit Requirements: Commercially available motors, controllers, autopilot hardware, radio systems, gps equipment, and software are a must. Sealed and waterproof electronic sections. Quick battery swap capability Will need a operating radius of 2 miles. Fail safes and reliability in hazardous conditions. Navigation lights to ensure direction of travel. Two servo controlled actuators to release payload. Extra: Unit should be able to be upgraded with video capabilities and a minor sonar for depth/ drop off ranges. Operation: Unit will be deployed from surf and drive out to designated waypoint. Once at waypoint a button on controller will be pressed and release servo will be actuated and payload will be released. Once payload is delivered to required waypoint, device will return to launch. Starting point: Rough drawings, ideas and load requirement. Everything else is an open concept and look forward to working with a brilliant mind to put my concept into action.
